Crayne, You're now arguing with opinions. Fact is nearly every game he listed has a huge fan base. Yes, even Killzone. And Haze is building up alota hype.
Now, let's look at what you listed...

Assassin's Creed=Looked okay but I don't like the sci-fi aspect they're adding. It's gonna be a Matrix knock off now...There's already a shortage of action based fantasy games.

Mass Effect=Didn't get me buzzing...I kept thinking how similar it was to Halo. Except for the 3rd person aspect.

Lost Odessy=An RPG...Looks okay at best. Didn't even make me sit up. Not saying it didn't look interesting but...Oh wait...yes I am...Still, some people will indeed buy this.

Also ANY Unreal game is a console seller. That's simply all there is to it. And if you don't think any of the games alone is a conlsole seller, why not add them together? Surely I intend on getting most of them.

GT5 IS a console seller.

MGS4 IS a console seller.

FF IS a console seller.

Tekker IS a console seller.

Monster Hunter (In Japan) Is the BIGGEST Handheld game. And IS a console seller.

SOCOM IS a console seller

Unreal Tournament 3 IS a console seller.

Mass Effect and Lost Odyssey are console sellers as well... So is Halo 3. But compare the number of console sellers.

Also consider the PS3 has doubled the ammout selling with a $100 price cut.

The only reason the 360 has sold so many is Gears of War. And Epic is now threating to NOT make Gears2. Because Epic said they dont want to make the fans pay for the content. IF MS keeps this up, than they might lose their biggest game they have had.

Singstar is also a very big hit in europe hell it's coming to Europe before North America. And now that it has online and you can download your own song lol.

Arguing with opinions shows what a person thinks of the games - even a crappy game can have many people with various opinions about how crappy it is and why is it so crappy. So, if you take any professional game review, it is just opinions.
And Unreal on a console? No thanks, I'll stick to PC with that.
And don't get me started with every game having a fan base, I am very aware of that. I was just providing my opinion about the games for PS3, and as to why I'd rather get the 360 than the PS3. Hell, there's even less price with 360, and not much is lost in the hardware-side, and there's sure as hell lots of games, many of them even on sales over here. Now, I do not know about you "amerikkans", but since the importers are being bitches, we do not have that many PS3 games. I mean, there's a shelve, about 5 meters long, full of 360 games. On the other side, one fifth, no, less than that of the shelve is reserved for PS3 games.
What games will be imported and when is also a factor. Yes, people do wait for games, with a lot of anticipation perhaps, but if it takes too long, it is very frustrating. Especially if the game disappoints the gamer. Then it just sucks out all the fun out of gaming.

Indeed, Kaaru-Kun. BUT the fact that he labeled Gran Turismo as a big title even when he hated it showed that he kept an open mind. In fact there are 2 games on that list he does not want.

Kaaru, I said my opinions as well as the overall opinion of it. SOCOM 2 has 3,000 people a day on it. SOCOM 3 is ALOT larger than that. SOCOM PS3 will have ALOT on it as well.

I hate Gears, Mass Effect, and Lost Odessy. BUT I know they are console movers.

And the PS3 has a 1% fail rate. The 360 has a 33% fail rate.

Could I throw a controversial question at everyone and asked why do people like metal gear solid so much?
Yes I watched the new trailer for msg4 at this years E3 and generally again I am very unimpressed by it, with its seemingly relentless emphasis on being a movie instead of a game. The only possible way that's mgs4 can seriously impress me is if it completely revolutionise its gameplay I mean a serious overhaul because frankly as a stealth game its predecessors were stuck in the 8 bit era of gaming. Come on what makes msg games a console shifter?

Only problem is is that their "epic story lines" drag out for far too long. Can you honestly say that Metal Gear Solid 2 was not just an interactive movie? Seeing as it had movie and text scenes lasting at least up to 10 minutes and that they were so damn frequent.

I just heard that the PS3 is going back to 600 bucks. Why??? Because Sony is selling the 60GB units for 500 bucks and making new 80GB units for 600 bucks...so yeah in other words Sony sucks. I dont want more Memory I want 20 GBs so I can play my games and pay less not more memory. Sony has yet to get the PS3 is a Video Game console NOT a Computer. So now I can't even get Kingdom Hearts 3 because Sony is a greedy company that does not understand what people want.

Kingdom Hearts 3 doesn't even exist anymore, it's a completly different game with a simalar Disney-to-FF setting and this WAS annouced, so good luck, Jerrod.
