I've unlocked every character. But I haven't unlocked all the capsules/moves. So there isn't any way you can help me. I just have to wait until new moves appear.

Have u unlocked all the stages and difficultly levels(Z1, Z2, Z3)?

I think I have unlocked them. Not sure though. I just haven't unlocked most of the ultimate moves. Even after I buy them, the same ones appear. I buy Super Dragon Fist and it appears again. It's sooooo annoying but I stopped playing it like 2 months ago.

I unlocked Z1 and Z2 but i lost the game.

I have no idea about difficulty levels but I think I unlocked Z1 Z2 and Z3. Though I don't care much about them. I don't even care much about B3 anyway.

Ouch, the shop is mean. The only way to beat it is to just keep going in and out.

I did once for like 2 hours and still nothing. I'm just sick of that! The main reason I don't play B3 anymore.

It kept giving the same dumb ones every time but i got 100%(a few weeks before Tenkaichi)

lol I can't belive you people actually got 100%. I mean, I would be happy even if I got at 50%. The only game I got 100% is Shin Budokai 2.

I remember in budokai 2, I was 99%, turns out I missing one capsule, the senzu bean. For 9 months, I kept playing it. Then on the weekend right before B3 comes out, in stage 9, I accidently dig on the same middle spot twice, and unlock the senzu bean. Weird huh. When I go to gamefaqs, they barely add it a week after I unlock it.

I got a 100% for the first three budokais. I didn't get 100% for Budokai 1 until after BT1 came out lol.

The way u have to collect the dragonballs in B1 is totally stupid.
