But, I would like to mention that they're phasing out the 40GB consoles, and they are replacing them with 80GB models of the same price and capabilities.

The 40gig PS3 is being switched out for one with a bigger HDD. A newer 80gig model with only 2 USB ports and no card slots.

And I have no problems finding a Wii. I do however have problems wanting to play the one I have...

Not really Rudol. At least not were I live. Now... finding a PS3 is getting hard. And even the PSP is rather difficult to track down.

Nintendo's Wii remote has, unfortunately, become a gimmick. I spent forever refusing to believe it, but it's true. It was very innovative and fun in 2006, but that was almost two years ago now. SSBB, the biggest game on the system ("Killer App", if you will), had no Motion/Infrared capabilities at all, except one movement with the nunchuk. Nintendo, I commend you for coming up with such a brilliant idea, but it's gotten stale.

As for how hard Wiis are to find, You can probably get your hands on one if you just ask when the next shipment arrives, and show up just before the store opens. It isn't hard to get, but impossible to just walk into a store and buy one without any planning beforehand.

To sum it up, thousands or people are buying Wiis, and most the hardcore gamers who got them are selling them for Xbox money. Also, Wii seems to have the most issues out of any console on the market. Crappy graphics, Crappy storage, crappy online(barely any Wii games have no lag), Almost everything is either past gen, or the Wii remote.

But don't get me wrong. When the Wii remote is put to good use, You can get a brilliant game, like Mario Galaxy or Metroid Prime 3.

One last thing: I find it kind of ironic that When the Wii came out, the problem was that there weren't any third party games, but now there are too many, all bad.

Yeah that's true. Its only winning in sales; in games, storage, and features, its basically a revapmed gamecube.


cmon, make a new console, one with advanced tech, allowing for more space, and better graphics.

Well, I live in Mexico and they double the Wii price here. So I bought it in the USA. So technically I couldn't wait for a new shipment and I couldn't wait outside a USA store at 7pm.

A new one is being made, rumoured to be even more efficient than most of modern computers.

It allows customizable "desktops" if you want to call it, there are rumours of easy-to-modify outer layers of the console, free internet play, internet usage, plays Blu-Ray DVDs as well as normal DVDs and CDs of all kinds, is lightweight, and costs under 250 dollars.

So far just a press announcement. Why would they publish images of a new, top-secret console being made? Sony and Microsoft could easily steal their ideas.

I wish they could give you some kind of discount if you give your old Wii when buying this new Super special awesome Wii. Maybe $70 or something.
