Yeah it makes sense i guess. It would of been silly to make Super Paper Mario on a practically dead system with Zelda TP being it's last life. Might as well move it on to their next in line product.
Well Nintendo made that mistake with the first Paper Mario buy putting it on the N64 same with Conkers Bad Fur Day (by the way I cant wait for the first Paper Mario to come out for download on the Wii)

Speaking of Virtual Console games, I was reading that new ones get released each week (I think here in Australia its something like every friday). Is there a certain count of how many games they release each week? I only go online when I take my Wii to my friends house and only noticed one new game last time I checked.

It's usually 1 or 2 games each week or sometimes even 3.
Last Friday (19th) was the release of Street Figther II. Monday just gone (22nd) saw the release of Zelda: A Link To The Past. Next week on Tuesday 30th sees the release of Mario Kart 64.

A Link to the Past is out aye? I may have to hit my mate up for his internet and credit card again, specially since my Wii magically appeared back at home while I was at work today.
Getting back into Red Steel, got 56% complete then got distracted with other stuff, In the middle of the Games District mission in the dark maze, THAT bit sucks when you stupidly run out of ammo (the door closed behind me and wont open again... should never have picked up the shotgun in place of my fully loaded handgun) So there are games popping up on the VC that are neither Nintendo or Sega games (Street Fighter II)... which leads me to ask the question. What do you think would be the limit of games on the virtual console? Will they release just about everything that was half popular? Or is there some limitations as to what companies made the games?

I'm not out of Wii points. Yesterday, I finally receive some after I brought 2 Wii Points Cards from Toys 'R Us. So far, I only downloaded LOZ: A Link To The Past. I'm going to download Mario Kart 64 on Monday.

I'm never going to buy any Wii Points. I'm awaiting for Nintendo to release the utilization of being able to use Star points which you gather by being a registered member of Nintendo and registering your games online and converting those points into Wii points.
When this happens i'll be getting 7,100 Wii points. Woo! Well if one Star point equals to one Wii point that is.

But how long before this comes into practice? I know I was looking on the American Nintendo website not to long ago and it had all these sections to put in your game code for extra information on the game but I never heard anything about Star Points.
Anyways, how many str points are you meant to get each game? Or does it vary depending on each game?
But how long before this comes into practice? I know I was looking on the American Nintendo website not to long ago and it had all these sections to put in your game code for extra information on the game but I never heard anything about Star Points.
Anyways, how many str points are you meant to get each game? Or does it vary depending on each game?
Well i don't know if this is the same for American Wiis but with European ones what happens is that: When you first hook up to Wiiconnect 24 and log onto the Shop Channel for the first time an option appears asking if you are a registered member at Nintendo-Europe. If you are you input your email and your password and your Wii now links with your Nintendo account. It then goes on to say that having your Wii linked with your Nintendo account has benefits and allows you to convert your "Hard earned Star Points into Wii Points in the close future.". Then recently on the Nintendo-Europe website it had a news article about being able to convert Star points into Wii Points real soon but sadly with no date. And they haven't said about how many Star Points equals to Wii Points but what they have said is that when the system is in effect, you get the Wii Points by going into the Stars Catalog on Nintendo-Europe's website and using your Star Points you convert them into Wii Points which are then transferred over to your Wii but only if you have linked together your Wii with your Nintendo account. It's speculated that one Star point equals to one Wii point. But it's also speculated that four Star points equal one Wii point (i hope this isn't the case.). If it's one Star point to one Wii point then that means i will be able to get 7,100 Wii points as i have 7,100 Star points in my account already but that's if i decided to convert all of my Star points into Wii points. You are able to convert as many of your points as you like i believe. But another speculation is that instead of converting your Star points, you actually use them to buy a set amount of Wii points from the Star Catalog. So it might be like for 500 Star points you can buy 200 Wii points or something like that. How much the games cost on the Virtual Console for the Wii are: NES = 500 wp TurboGrafx 16 = 600 wp Mega Drive/Genesis = 800 wp SNES = 800 wp N64 = 1000 wp

^Wish we had that, we just go to the shop and it just has our Wii points, no sign in or nothing meaning every time you want to buy more Wii points online you have to enter your credit card again (which sucks) I wish they let us have accounts.
