Alright, this is pretty much a thread for who you deem as lyrical masters. By that I mean, lyrics for lyrics, the content has no influence whatsoever. I'm talking about rhyme schemes, wordplay, multi-syllabic rhymes, alliterations, assonances, similies, metaphores etc. I'm just talking about how the words are placed to sound masterful to the ears, lyricism plain and simple. Don't come in here and say 2Pac, his strength was the content and the relevance of his songs, I'm now talking about sheer lyrical talent. Guys like Snoop Dogg, MC Eiht, Spice 1 etc shouldn't be mentionned. It isn't just about rappers, it's about lyricism period. Bring in Shakespear if you'd like, rockers, jazz artists whatever, as long as they have a dope way of singing/rapping, they deserve a mention.

I'll start:

Pharaoe Monch(Rapper): King of the multi-syllabic rhymes, his words flow through the ears, he's crazy when he raps, here is an exemple of a well-known song. ''Oh no'' by Mos Def, featuring Pharaoe Monch and Nate Dogg. Although it was Mos Def's song, for me Pharaoe Monch literally stole the show.

So, post your lyrical masters.
