Yeah, but beacause The Matrix ripped Akira and GitS then people would compare them to it and think that they ripped The Matrix with the whole "Jacking in" in GitS and Tetsuo's Bullet stopping

I suppose Unicron would have to, considering they did the "Hollywood" and killed off the biggest main antagonist Megatron in the first film. (why i reckon the 80's Batman films ended up getting shit. lack of Joker)

Yes it now in works to comeout in 2009. After Wanted was a big hit at the Box office, Image Comics wanted to do another movie based on their series.

aye, Airbender had to change its name because of copyright on the james cameron film. but saying that, its been in dev for like 12 years, since Titanic was finished, it BETTER be epic or i'll be pissed. same with 2012, Roland Emmerich's disaster film

Nope it based on the comics. IMDb lists Battlestar Galactica producer/director attached to the project. The TV show as losey based on the comics and It did not last too long due to low ratings.

2012 sounds like just another Disaster movie that we have seen too many times before. The movie has a similar plot as The Day After Tomorrow.
