The Captain America from the ship's been confirmed as a Skrull, by the way.

Yeah it's kinda broad area. Do you have any fav comic book characters? You don't need to have read them to hae a fav.

Or he didn't die there at the scene instantly.I think he could well be dead, but this skrull storyline is some ploy of marvelsto redo some previous stories/mistakes.

I thought that Wolverine, Iron Man, Ms. Marvel and Namor saw the corpse... I mean, they buried him.

It could of been switched between the actual shooting and then when they saw his corpse at the morgue. =/

That'd have to mean there's a Skrull impersonating his corpse, because Wolverine can distinguish by scent, or something. I dunno.

Deadpool or Spider-Man are great for Humor/Action. For great Spider-Man, I'd go with J. Michael Straczynski's run on The Amazing Spider-Man (the stuff before the retcon). All ten of his TPB's are on sale, along with the subsequent Civil War: The Amazing Spider-Man, Back in Black, and One More Day story arc TPB's also written by him.

For Deadpool... well, there's a torrent out there with all his appearances up until, like, recently. But the beginning (Like, up to Issue 35) and end (Maybe... Issue 60+) of his ongoing series, and also his subsequent series (Agent X and Cable & Deadpool) are hilarious.

Y'know what'd be funny? If like, Spider-Man were a Skrull and the real one comes back and is like, "Jesus Christ what the fuck did you DO!?" after seeing what his life has become.
