I guess. Technically, the fact that there is a melody playing makes it music, whether you like the vocals or not.

Besides, you're stereotyping rap. Like every song is about that. And if you gonna say "Because they is" or something similar, shove a dick in your mouth. Because I doubt you've given rap a chance besides the shit you see on TV.

The only Rap I ever come across is the stuff that has what Sloth said. I'd like to hear an example some rap that didn't have the same drivel, otherwise it's 'pish' to me.
