I honestly don't care much for anime versus topics, I also don't care if people like them, in the long run most of them are pretty retarded and the only good ones have already been done before. Just enjoy a series for what it is, instead of being "MY CHARACTER IS MUCH STRONGER THAN YOURS."

The music behind the singing?

Is usually some dude who distorted his guitar to the point you can't even tell what freaking key he's playing in, and even at that, just some simple, ugly-sounding power chords is all thats going on. Oh, and some dude smashing a cymbal in place of proper percussion. Bands like Metallica at least incorporate awesome guitar playing, but it's just ruined by the incompetent singer.
