Apparently Jeff Hardy was sent home from this Monday's taping of Raw. Which would explain his absence from not only the show, but also the Umaga match. It has been stated that Jeff was sent home to recouperate from the mishap he had on Raw a few weeks ago when he landed on his neck awkwardly when trying the Whisper in the Wind. Because of this his match at SummerSlam has been dropped, and Umaga is going to be turning face.

And damn, this sucks that Hardy's out. When he fell, I thought that he seriously hurt himself. But he finished the match and came back and beat Umaga with a chair in the main event. To make up for Hardy's absence we need more London and Kendrick matches.

That's what I thought. Not sure how they can do this with Umaga.

Also, I've been watching TNA lately, and they've completely copied the early Undertaker story. With Abyss and his ex-handler/manager. About 75% of TNA's stories are just knockoff of great WWF stories. (Yes, WWF. Back when wrestling was truly great)

Edit: Holy crap! I was just on WWE.com and they freakin' mentioned my home town. Ozzfest is coming here and Maria's going to it. To bad I'm not going...

Here is an interesting newsbit I found.

According to WWE Writer Brian Girwtz the original angle for Vince McMahon's limosine death was to have Linda McMahon framed for the incident. Later on Vince would return and say that Mr. Kennedy helped him plan the whole thing. The reason for Mr. McMahon coming back to WWE television this Monday is so they can, apparently, pick up on that storyline. Don't know how great it'll be now, but hopefully it raises some interest. Afterall, the Raw ratings haven't been anything to brag about lately.

Now another "top" superstar is out of the WWE, they just keep getting injured. Soon we'll have to watch only second rate match...and I won't.

The ratings from last Monday's Raw has really gotten the WWE thinking about what they need to do to improve in the vast future. Here are some idea's that were being tossed around last week once the 2.5 rating came out for Raw.

1. When WWE received the 2.5 rating for Raw, there was real panic in Stamford, CT. One of the ideas discussed during the week was to combine the rosters, and eliminate the tri-branded direction. At least, it was discussed, and either way, expect WWE to push the reset button on Monday night.

2. As previously posted, the original plan was to have Linda McMahon framed for the Vince McMahon limo explosion and that Kennedy would be involved. Apparently it was going to be revealed that Mr. McMahon faked his death and his accomplice was going to be Kennedy. No word if they'll pick up on this angle when Vince returns on Raw this week, but it was reported earlier that Raw Writer Brian Gerwitz was pushing for it.

I'm hoping that they'll go with the first idea over the continued Limo Explosion angle because if they go that route, I can guarantee their ratings will be a lot lower then the 2.5 that has gotten them all worried. If they focused more on the wrestling and less on the acting it'd take them quite a bit further. Granted you need promo's for feud's, but do we honestly need a 20 minute promo right off the bat when Raw kicks off? It has been this way for too long.

I wish they had done the first one, those where the good old days. Instead they have Vince make a Battle Royale for the Raw GM, and surprise, surprise Regal wins it. They should have had Umaga win the BR, it would have been priceless.

Also, they really wanna do something with the McMahon family, so now Vince has a third child...I hope it's Stone Cold...<_< >_>
