Why are the Mods not doing another Christmas Fanfic contest this year?

Well, Christmas fic should be short in the first place, and then again, I couldn't imagine DBZ gang celebrating it. Although I think that many people would choose this topic [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif[/img]

I was gonna do another EU Christmas special, but due to my recent inability to log on to MFG lately *points to sig*, that may be impossible. It would be totally "non-canon" anyway, and would deviate from the current story.

Well, hopefully, I'll be able to get on MFG a lot more at Christmas break. At which point, I will finally finish the EU chapter I started, as well as the one for Born of Blood, and then I will try to get to work on the EU Christmas fic. In the last one, Cojin actually fought Santa in a deranged, screwed-up battle that actually lasted a considerable amount of time. [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink.gif[/img]

Well, there won't be anything quite that..."unusual" this time, but if I do manage to get an EU Christmas special up, it will indeed be a bit..."different".

Nice to see you can at least pop in once in awhile JC, I was just thinking yesterday that I haven't seen you for sometime.

Well, I posted the first chapter of my new fic, The Demon Six, a couple days ago. Hopefully I will have the next chapter up by this coming monday. We'll see how things go.

I guess it's time to go read some fics, now that I'm off for two days and actually have a bit of free time before I go party. [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/happy.gif[/img]

Okies. Yet another fic by me, VII ¾
Its a Final Fantasy VII fiction, and I wrote it quite a while back, and if you ask me, I think it's horrible. It's too short, no real description, low vocab, and purely crap overall. Reason being? I wrote it a whole year back, and ironically enough, I tryped up chapters 1 through 5 onto my computer. I just decided to pick it up once more for some weird reason, but bear with the poor vocab and short chapters all the way till Chapter 7. Sorry, but like I said it was a while back.

But seriously, picking this story up really helped me realize how much I had really improved since just a year ago. My vocabulary improved dramatically, my descriptions have become clearer and deeper, and my language itself has found a voice of its own. Amazing how much can happen in one whole year. And since we all have room to improve, no matter** how good we already are. So i can help to wonder how good I just might be another year from now...

Well I tried to start writting the Christmas peice that I had plans for, It was to serve as another teaser to my (renamed) fic I am going to write, however it just doesnt work well, I am not sure if I just dont feel like writting (which has been the case in the past) or that I cant seem to get my head around this.

Anyway it has lead me to think that maybe I should collaborate with someone for this, I have a few people in mind as to who I would work with, however if anyone is interested just tell us in here or something.

I may attempt something else to do with christmas if I can be assed later.

Heh. I just wrote my Christmas fic. At least 1/4.. of it.

Yeah, it's DBZ-style, Pilaf returns with humor and - it's good.

Anyway, I'm currently working on a current chapter of Inadequate. It's gonna end soon. As sson as I think of a good ending...Again. I really need to write these things down or something.

I've got a DBZ Christmas fic idea in mind, but not nearly enough time to write it for this year. So, I'll it ready for next year.

AH Saga 5 Ch23's being a hassle to write at the moment, but work is progressing... much too slowly for my tastes, but progressing none-the-less.
