Default Claymore RPG

Okay, two things first. First, Punxx gave me the permission to go ahead and post this here, because of the RPG's limitations, and no one could get here. Also, this RPG isn't mine, it's JAIF. I'm just posting it here because he's busy with his fic and I'm going to try and help him out with this.

But, all that aside:

Quote:
The World of Claymore:

Claymore is set in a medieval world. People do not have any of the modern-day luxuries. Cities, towns and villages are strictly guarded and people live a life of fear. Bandits roam the countryside, occasionally attacking and sacking villages or even small towns, and war is not unheard of.

But that's not the true reason why people lock themselves in their homes by nightfall, and pray to still be alive in the morning.

For the world is plagued by an evil scourge, that people simply refer to by the name 'Yoma' (demons). These beings not only possess supernatural strength, speed and endurance, making them hard to slay even for entire squadrons of trained soldiers, but they can invade their victim's bodies, taking on their appearance and memories, and continuing to live quietly until the time has come for another meal.

In this world of evil, shadow has risen to fight the darkness. Its origins unclear, an Organization has been formed, and even though its real purpose is obscured, it appears to be dedicated in protecting the world of Yoma.

Said unnamed Organization experimented on human infants, incorporating into them the flesh and blood of demons, turning them into demons of another sort. While the warriors of the Organization remained unnamed, people came to refer to them as Claymores, going by the massive cleavers they used as weapons.

Claymores are fighters who benefit from the superhuman physical abilities of Yoma, but keep their human conscience and control of the normal bloodlust that comes with their demonic heritage. They are stronger than the average demons, and can dispatch them with relative ease, so each of the forty-seven Claymores employed by the Organization is assigned to a different province, and they hunt down and kill the Yoma in each city.

During this quest, the only limitations in a Claymore's course of action are two.

Do not, under any circumstances, kill a human.

Do not Awaken.

However, while the first rule is generally maintained, the second has come dangerously close to being broken... and that is what the Organization, and the world, fears the most.

========================

Setting:

This RPG is set in the time of the very first Generation of Claymore. That means, there are both male and female Claymores. You can take up the role of Claymores and perform regular missions and Yoma hunts - but the threat of an Awakening looms in the horizon, as the male Claymores come dangerously close to giving into the bloodlust that consumes them...

========================

Character Sheet:

Current Experience: (The experience you have towards advancing to the next level)
Experience Needed: (The experience you need to advance to the next level.)
Stats: (Your stats, see below)

-Power:
-Endurance:

RPG Status:
-Hunted: No
-Awakened: No

Yoki Affinity Counter: (How close you are to Partial Awakening)
Regeneration Rate: (How much life you can regenerate per post)

========================

Character Sheet Details:

-Name: Just fill out a name that you like. I'll just allow any names, but Claymores mostly have names with a latin feel in them.

-Gender: Male Claymores are more vulnerable to Awakening. Depends how you want to RP, basically.

-Age: Be realistic, the Organization takes infants and it was basically... just created, so Claymores cannot be over... 30 years old. They must also be older than 10 years old.

-Appearance: Feel free to use pictures of existing Claymores - just use wiki and google / yahoo.

-Region: North, South, West or East. Your choice influences your location in relation to the other Claymores - you can always switch locations, if you desire.

-Fighting Style: The distinctive difference between Offensive and Defensive is that Defensive-type Claymores can regenerate limbs that have been completely destroyed, while Offensive-type need their old limbs to reattach them in order to recover.

-Rank: It may look stupid not to go for the highest rank, since it begins with the best stats, but the RPG is based on an experience / levelling system, and lower ranks grow in strenght faster than higher ranks. Also, higher rank means more difficult assignments, and more and stronger people after your head if you kill a human or Awaken.

-Level: All Claymores begin at Level 1. After getting enough experience you will Level-up, getting 20 points to assign to your stats and increasing your Health by 40.

-Current Exp / Exp Needed: The amount of experience you have towards advancing to the next Level, compared to the experience needed to advance. At character creation, you have 0/100 experience.

-Stats: The stats have separate base starting values for each rank:
>Rank 47-40: 500 Health, 50 Power/Endurance/Speed. 120% exp.
>Rank 39-30: 600 Health, 60 Power/Endurance/Speed. 100% exp.
>Rank 29-20: 700 Health, 70 Power/Endurance/Speed. 90% exp.
>Rank 19-10: 800 Health, 80 Power/Endurance/Speed. 80% exp.

You start out with 20 stat points to assign to your stats in any manner you wish. You can also decrease any of your stats to a minimum of (its starting value - 10) in order to gain extra stat points. If you are a Defensive type Claymore, increase your endurance by 20. If you are an Offensive type, increase your speed and strenght by 10 each.

Note: The experience multiplier refers to the Rank you start in, not your current rank.

-Special Ability: Certain Claymores have abilities that distinguish them from each other - when I say 'special abilities', do not imagine planet-buster beams and flamethrowers. They are related to physical combat, as well as their Yoma energy. At later points during the RPG, you will be able to increase your traits' effectiveness, or acquire new ones. You can make up your own special abilities, as long as they are realistic. Not having a trait means you get an extra 10 points to award to your stats during character creation. Every 5 Levels, you will be able to either increase the effectiveness of (one of) your existing Ability/-ies, or create a new one (following the above rules). See References.

-Partially Awakened Traits: You are allowed to pick/create one of these when/if you Partially Awaken. Same rules apply as to the regular ones when creating them, except they are stronger. See References.

-RPG Status: When just joining the RPG, your Claymore is not being hunted, and hasn't Awakened. Over time, when those statuses change, edit the change into the sheet.

-Biography/Personality: Self-explanatory. What happened to your character prior to becoming a Claymore, and how your character acts.

-Items

-Claymore: Your basic weapon - a massive, broad blade, too heavy for any regular human to use. Every Claymore starts with one of these.

-Full Plate Armor: A steel-clad full-body armor - it can protect you somewhat against conventional weapons wielded by humans, but when fighting Yoma or other Claymores, much less Awakened Beings, it doesn't serve much of a purpose.

-Yoki Suppressant Pill: Suppresses your Yoki and changes your eye color. Each character starts with three. See Yoma Energy for more information.

-Black Card: Every Claymore has a Black Card concealed within the hilt of his/her blade. If he/she feels he/she is close to Awakening, he/she can send that Card to another Claymore, either directly or through the Organization's operatives. The Black Card serves as a message that the Claymore who sent it wishes to die by the hand of the one who received it - it is the receiver's choice whether to heed the request or not.

-Praying Lady Statue: This statue is used to seal your claymore - after all, suppressing your Yoma energy is pointless if you wander around carrying the trademark weapon of the Organization's agents. It is essentially a small, handheld marble sculpture of a lady in a praying stance - but when it breaks, it transforms into your sword. You can request it repaired or replaced after it has been used to the Organization's operatives.

Yoki Affinity Counter: Starts at 0. For each post you use Yoma energy, this increases by 1 for every 10% of your Yoma energy you use (if you are under 50% health, this doubles). While this has no outwardly effects on your Claymore, after you reach 50, you Partially Awaken (see below). Claymores with high Yoki Affinity Counters, especially those that have Partially Awakened, are often perceived as troublemakers, and sent to dangerous missions in hopes that they will be killed before they can fully Awaken.

Regeneration Rate: This starts at 20. Each Level you gain increases your Regeneration Rate by 5. Fast Regeneration Trait adds 20 to your Regeneration Rate. For every 10% of your Yoma energy you are using, your Regeneration Rate increases by 10.

========================

Yoma Energy:

In battle, you have the option of using Yoma energy to increase your strength. Each time you use your Yoma Energy, your Yoki Affinity Counter increases.

If you go above 70%, you will Awaken, unless you have the Trait Increased Yoriki Control and there is another Claymore with the same Trait there, and he/she chooses to help you supress your energy back to normal - but that can only happen once for each Claymore.

You also have the option of hiding your Yoma energy. If you do so, your stats are decreased to 75% of their original value, but other Claymores / Yoma can't detect your presence, except Claymores with the Enhanced Yoki Senses trait. If you have the trait Increased Yoriki Control, you can be completely undetectable. You can take a Yoki-Supressing Pill, which supresses your stats to 50% of their original values, but in that state your eyes become brown, so even if people see you they won't recognize you are a Claymore unless they know you - important for cover missions.

========================

Regenerating your Life:

To regenerate Life, you must actually RP your character regenerating his wounds by focusing his Yoki on his wounds. If you choose to regenerate, you have to act realistically – you are able to regenerate in battle, but you cannot attack in that turn, unless a specific condition dictates so (ie Offensive Regeneration trait). Each of your posts you RP your character regenerating, your Health increases by your Regeneration Rate. Remember you cannot regenerate lost limbs unless you reattach them, or are a defensive-type Claymore. Also, if you RP your character resting (outside battles) you fully replenish your Health.

========================

Partial Awakening:

If you let your Yoki Affinity Counter reach 100, you reach what is called 'Partial Awakening'. When you achieve this, all your stats are permanently multiplied by 1.5 (1.7 with Increased Yoriki Control trait), plus Yoma multipliers increase (values still need some tweaking, I'll post them when they're done). You can also learn a trait relating to your Yoma nature. However, the Organization will start perceiving you as a threat and potential candidate for Awakening, and thus you will be sent to suicide missions - if you are deemed too dangerous, other Claymores may even be sent after you.

========================

Awakening:

Awakening for a Claymore means to fully transform into a Yoma. Awakened Claymores take a monstrous, usually massive appearance. In your Awakened form all your stats are multiplied by 20 (unaffected by Increased Yoriki Control trait). You also lose all traits you had as Claymore, and gain new abilities, depending on your form. If you do Awaken, you must find a suitable appearance and powers for your Awakened form. If you Awaken you can regress back to normal after a few posts where you are out of control, and then you will be able to fully control your Awakened state.

Why not do it then? Awakened Beings, Claymores who have Awakened, are the top target for the Organization - they take priority over any kind of Yoma. Other Claymores will be sent to hunt you down. Basically, by Awakening, you have no allies, except if you choose to ally with other Awakened Beings - who can betray you any time.

Killing humans is also a criminal act - it isn't as bad as Awakening, but it comes close. You will be hunted down by other Claymores, according to your rank, and they will attempt to execute you.

========================

References:

Special Abilities (constantly updated):

>Enhanced Yoki Senses (Your Claymore can detect an opponent's Yoki movements easier / can track Yoma easier) - In-fighting: If your opponent's speed is higher than yours, reduce the difference between your speeds by 30 to a minimum of 10 when evading.

>Increased Yoriki Control (Your Claymore has better results when he/she is using Yoma energy) - In-fighting: Your 10% Yoma multiplier is increased to 1.7. Cancels out opponent's Enhanced Yoki Senses.

>Fast Regeneration (Defensive only - Speeds up regeneration rate, to the point where you can regenerate fatal wounds in the middle of battle) - In-fighting: You regenerate from wounds easier.

>Strong Sword (Allows you to put more power into your sword, increasing your damage) - In-fighting : Increases your strenght by 20.

>Quick Sword (Allows you to wield your sword faster, increasing the speed of your attacks) - In-fighting: Increases your speed when attacking by 20.
>Windcutter (Allows you to wield your sword more powerfully with great speed, increasing the cutting power and quickness of your attacks) - In-fighting: Increases your power and speed when attacking by 10 each.

>Enhanced Speed (Increases the user's speed to the point that when they move an after image is left behind.) - In-Fighting: Speed is increased by 20 and After Images are created.

Partially Awakened Traits (constantly updated):

>Offensive Regeneration: The user can regenerate parts of their body in the middle of the battle, attacking with their recovered body immediately while bringing the opponent in a difficult-to-escape situation. Much more effective if used in conjunction with the Fast Regeneration trait.

>Extending Limbs: The user can enlenghten their limbs to up to 10 times their original size, enabling him to attack from a distance. Much more effective if used in conjunction with the Increased Yoriki Control trait.

Levels:

For the curious, the ones I have so far:

Lvl 1: 0 EXP (you start at this Level)
Lvl 2: 100 EXP
Lvl 3: 300 EXP
Lvl 4: 600 EXP
Lvl 5: 1200 EXP
Lvl 6: 1900 EXP
Lvl 7: 3000 EXP
Lvl 8: 5000 EXP
Lvl 9: 8000 EXP
Lvl 10: 10000 EXP

I'll do more once the time comes. Just reaching Level 10 will be quite hard.

Yoma Energy Chart:

>10% Yoma Energy: Your eyes turn gold. All your stats except Health are multiplied by 1.5 (1.7 with Increased Yoriki Control trait). Can keep for 10 posts without resting.

>30% Yoma Energy: Your eyes turn gold and the veins in your face bulge. All your stats except Health are multiplied by 4.5 (5.1 with Increased Yoriki Control trait). Can keep for 8 posts without resting.

>50% Yoma Energy: Your eyes turn gold and the veins in your face and body bulge. All your stats except Health are multiplied by 7.5 (8.5 with Increased Yoriki Control trait). Can keep for 6 posts without resting.

>70% Yoma Energy: Your eyes turn gold, the veins in your face and body bulge, and your skin starts changing into a dark purple shade. All your stats except Health are multiplied by 10.5 (11.9 with Increased Yoriki Control trait). Can keep for 3 posts without resting.

Available Items:

Other than the 5 starting Items, there are more you can acquire through different means.

-Crossbow: A useful ballistic weapon that packs quite a damage from a distance. Blacksmiths sell this weapon, but you can easily intimidate one into giving you one for free - although that is against the (human) law, if he is not too afraid to turn you in. You can always ask though.

-Dagger: When you are fighting under cover, you are going to need some close combat weapons to use in place of your claymore. Using daggers is fast, efficient and most importantly subtle. Blacksmiths sell these - see above. You can also get one from cutpurses - bandits, but killing them would be considered against the Claymore law.

-Broadsword: Compared to the massive blades the Claymores wield, a regular army-standard broadsword is little more than a large knife. May be useful when you are attempting to pass as a regular soldier or something, but it's kind of useless when dealing with other Claymores, let alone Awakened Beings. Blacksmiths can give you one, and most soldiers / guards carry one around.

-Buckler: This metal buckler can parry some regular attacks, but it wouldn't last two strikes against another Claymore or even a strong Yoma. Blacksmiths sell it, soldiers carry it.

You are not allowed to 'buy' anything since Claymores have no money, but you can intimidate people into giving you what you want, threaten them - although most are aware of the 'no human killing' rule - or just take it from their corpses.

Damage Calculation:

Seriously, you don't need to bother with it, but if you insist - here goes:

[(Attacker's Power)*2 + (Attacker's Speed) - (Defender's Endurance)*2]*x%, where x is a number depending on how the attack is RP'd.

The final damage you receive will also be cut by a percentage equal to half the amount of Yoma energy you are using. Finally, there are some other factors to be taken in consideration when calculating damage, but I'll leave that for another time.

Also, if a member feels the need to take a hit, as a part of a strategy, the damage is half of the attacker's Power, if the damage calculations come out to 0.

======================

How Will the RPG Run:

In the beginning, the Organization will assign your Claymores to go to X place and kill Yoma, as per request of the people of the city / village. Each time you succesfully defeat and kill a Yoma you receive experience. Finishing missions awards you even more experience. Early on, Yoma will be your only opponents, unless some bandits decide to attack you - you have the option to fight them, but humans are very prone to being killed by your attacks, and that will lead to you being banished and hunted, or just try to outrun them. Also, many soldiers in several cities are unfriendly to Claymores.

However, soon enough, the male Claymores will begin reacting to their Yoma Energy and Awakening, and you are going to have to hunt them down - assuming, of course, you are not in their way when they Awaken. Eventually (as the real story of Claymore goes), the strongest Claymores will Awaken, and an all-out war will begin.

========================

What You Must Do:

All this isn't as complicated as it sounds. The stat system is basically there to aid you in RPing properly - there are few calculations, which I will take care of using the simple formula I have for Health. To put it simply, a difference of 30 points in a stat is what you'd call 'significant' - at this difference, you can't evade your opponent's attacks without using special effort - likewise, if the opponent has 30 more strenght like you, you won't be able to push him back in a sword lock. Basic things, really. Everything will be decided by Roleplaying anyway.

What you have to do is complete missions and update your character sheets as you receive experience, and increase your stats when you level up.

Other than that, just RP as usual - you have freedom in this RPG, if you want to betray the Organization and start attacking humans and Claymores here and there, you are free to do so, but the RPG will change accordingly. The RPG will not be static at all - you will be the protagonists, and you will shape it with your own actions

Most importantly, have fun.

========================

Notes:

For now, I will be RPing the Organization's employers, the Yoma, the humans, and the NPC Claymores. If anyone else is interested in helping with those, let me know.

Also, since this is the first generation (most likely we will move into the second generation sometime after the Claymores begin Awakening), you can't use any existing characters in the series. The three top Claymores are already existing characters - Isley, Rigardo and Dauff - but you cannot pick them.

Well, I may update some stuff if the need arises, but for now, this is all. Ask ahead if you have any questions.

Everyone is allowed to make up to two individual characters right now. In the future, more will be available.

Well, I updated the whole thing drastically, sorting out the information more properly and adding a few new elements. This should finish up the major edits that need to be made, unless something new comes up. From now on, there are only a few things that need to be added, such as making a list of towns / cities / villages in each area etc.

If you think something is missing, suggest it.
I'll be working on my character and I'll just post it in a new post. But, unless JAIF says otherwise, go ahead and start posting your characters.

Edit: Well, I'm just going to go ahead and call #10, and Fury wants #11. >_>

Name: Isaakus
Gender: Male
Age: 27
Appearance:
Region: East
Fighting Style: Offensive
Rank: #10
Level: 2
Experience (Current Exp./Exp. Needed): 60/300
Stats:
-Health: 840
-Power: 95

Special Ability: Quick Sword (Allows you to wield your sword faster, increasing the speed of your attacks) - In-fighting: Increases your speed when attacking by 20.
RPG Status:
-Hunted: No
-Awakened: No
Biography: Like most other Claymores, Izaakus' parents were killed by a Yoma. However, the Yoma had taken control of his mother's body first, and used that body to eat the father. Being so closely attached to his mother, he hesitated to kill his Yoma-controlled mother, almost being killed in the process. Izaakus closed his eyes for a few brief seconds, but when he opened them, he saw a silver-haired man with an enormous sword standing behind the sliced-in-half Yoma. The man muttered something about being late, even adding in a slight shrug, as if it didn't matter to him. The "savior" explained why he was sent and the Organization, offering Izaakus a chance to "become stronger to protect others, like what you could have done here." Izaakus took the offer, but for an opposite reason: to get revenge on the man that could have saved his family, but didn't care.
Personality: Because of his past, once Izaakus takes on a challenge, he doesn't stop--even if it will cost him his life. He's distant and cold, almost down to the bone, but those that can get past that know he can be approachable.
Items:
-1 Claymore
-1 Full Plate Armor
-3 Yoki Suppressant Pills

Default Re: Claymore RPG

I've been wanting to get into an RPG for awhile, so I'm just going to take a leap of faith, even though, as of yet, I have only a very general idea of how to play.

Name: Riku
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Appearance:
Region: Eastern Continent
Fighting Style: Offensive
Rank: #12
Level: 1
Current Experience: 0
Experience Needed: 100
Stats:
-Health: 800
-Power: 80 (First Level Bonus ) + 5 (Offensive Bonus) + 10 = 95
-Endurance: 80 (First Level Bonus) + 10 = 90
-Speed: 80 (First Level Bonus ) + 5 (Offensive Bonus) + 10 = 95
Special Ability: Windcutter (Allows you to wield your sword more powerfully with great speed, increasing the cutting power and quickness of your attacks) - In-fighting: Increases your power and speed when attacking by 10 each.
RPG Status:
-Hunted: No
-Awakened: No
Biography: Riku, like many other children in the Organization, was found after his family had been killed by Yoma, and in an attempt to save him, his mother had thrown him in a river. He was seen floating by a passing Claymore and adopted into the Organization, where he worked hard at becoming strong so he could prevent others from sharing his fate at the hands of the Yoma, adopting the Offensive style of combat. After graduating into a full fledged Claymore, his strength in battle was noted by the leaders of the Organization, and he eventually rose in ranks to his current number of 12.
Personality: Riku is always ready for a fight with Yoma, and extinguishes them with pleasure. While he is reluctant to fight most humans for obvious reasons, he is galled by the fact that even scum like bandits and thieves that ransack and pillage entire villages are protected by the Organization's iron law, and has expressed his contempt for such individuals freely, though the law has held him in check thusfar. He's friendly enough to colleagues and humans, but those who earn his mistrust are often disliked and sometimes hated for a long time afterwards.
Items:
-1 Claymore
-1 Full Plate Armor
-3 Yoki Suppressant Pills
-1 Black Card
-1 Praying Lady Statue

Don't know if the Special Ability checks out. This is my first RPG, so just let me know if I did something wrong, and I'll fix it. ?

EDIT: Yeah, I just realized that my character had dark eyes and dark hair, which wouldn't be normally possible being a Claymore, so I changed the name and appearance. Before things got started, I hope.

Default Re: Claymore RPG

Go right ahead and take them, there are still the NPCs to use =/.

For now, here is my character, that will also serve as an example as to how to create your own.

By the way, adding RPG Status, Items, Biography and Personality to the sheet - Kei, edit them in when you can. RPG Status is what you can see below, items are pretty much self-explanatory - everyone starts with the same 5, I'll add the details on them later, even though they are pretty basic. Eventually you'll be able to get better items. Bio and personality are optional.

Current Experience: 0
Experience Needed: 100
Stats:

Biography: Nadia was just another child whose parents were killed by Yoma. Eliza - currently Claymore #8 - found her and brought her to the Organization, where she was infused with Yoma flesh and blood from the same creatures that slaughtered her family. As a child she was rather unstable and easily frightened, therefore she followed the path of a defensive type of fighting. Currently having risen to the 20s, she is a powerful fighter with the ability to regenerate wounds much faster than any average Claymore.
Personality: Even infused with her new powers, Nadia is quite reluctant to fight, and hates killing, even Yoma. She always minds the safety of civilians and other Claymores, if fighting in a team, before the extermination of the target.
Items:
-1 Claymore
-1 Full Plate Armor
-3 Yoki Suppressant Pills
-1 Black Card
-1 Praying Lady Statue
Yoki Affinity Counter: 0
Regeneration Rate: 40

EDIT:

@Felix: You may want to change Windcutter a bit, since Windcutter is an existing ability (Flora's), so your version matches hers. It's not neccessary though. Also, forgot to add Fighting Style, which gives you 20 extra points depending on whether its offensive or defensive, and forgot to spread the 20 bonus points you begin with. Other than that, accepted - I introduced a few additions in this post, so you might want to add those too though.

Well, I guess we can start this up when we get around 5-6 people?

@Kei: You forgot to add the 20 starting bonus points, and 10 to Speed and Power for Offensive style. >_>

Name: Grey David
Gender: Male
Age: 29
Appearance:
Region: South
Fighting Style: Defensive
Rank: #29
Level: 2
Current Experience: 215
Experience Needed: 300
Stats:
-Health: 740
-Power: 95
-Endurance: 95
-Speed: 80
Special Ability: Quick Sword

RPG Status:
-Hunted: No
-Awakened: No

Biography: Grey came from a fairly average family, his early childhood was happy, where he grew up as a somewhat clumsy young lad. However, after his father returned from a long trip things int heir happy house became different. His father became irate and violent and killings began to happen in his once happy town. A mercenary, who's name Grey never learned came to the town one night. On that night...Something happened to Grey's happy family. He woke up in the morning after thinking he had a very violent nightmare; however, the limbs and blood from the night before were still in his house. The mercenary extended his hand and Grey followed him into the organization. After becoming infused, he still remained a somewhat clumsy fighter, though his unpredictabilities played to his advantage.

Personality: The yoma blood inside him turn Grey into a slightly standoff-ish person, much different from the happy human boy he once was. Though he is shy, he does not hesitate when presented with a job to do.

Items:
-1 Claymore
-1 Full Plate Armor
-3 Yoki Suppressant Pills
-1 Black Card
-1 Praying Lady Statue

Claymore Relations:

Clement (although his name is unknown to Grey):
A tall man with long bushy hair and a stare that arouses an uncommon mix of fear and comfort. This and the glove hand that he extended to help him up are all that Grey remembers of this particular Claymore. He met him on a night before he was a claymore, before he knew of the demons in this world. He was the one that asked Grey his name before he gently pushed him to the organization official.

Una:
A claymore that Grey met by accident when traveling near the border of the western region. While he was not outwardly friendly to her do to the nature of their work, she managed to break through his shyness and make Grey laugh. A feat that someone did not often do. He has met with her only several times, crossing paths only on his way to do work, but he is very fond of her.

Adele:
Grey met her only once, she is the claymore he fought to advance to the 29th rank. However, she yielded and surrendered before their blades even clashed. There was far too much kindness in her heart to be a claymore, Grey is surprised she is still alive.

Name: Rayne
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Appearance:
Region: East
Fighting Style: Offensive
Rank: 11
Level: 1
Current Experience: 0/100
Experience Needed: 100
Stats:
-Health: 800
-Power: 90

-Inhanced Speed (Increases the user's speed to the point that when they move an after image is left behind.) - In-Batlle: Speed is increased by 20 and After Images are created.

RPG Status:
-Hunted: No
-Awakened: No

Biography:
Rayne was basically born in the world of Claymores and Yoma. His mother, at the ripe age of 15, was severely injured upon giving birth to Rayne. It was then the suggestion came from a silver-haired stranger and the verdict was made. Rayne's mother, Amera, would have Yoma flesh and blood fused with her own. His mom was, and forever would be from that point a Claymore.

Several years went by and Rayne lived out what he believed to be a normal life. Well, growing up in the care of several beautiful women was hardly what one would call normal. But, alas, these women weren't so favorable to most men. They were Claymores. Comrades of his mother. Even though he had the company of the women there was always someone who caught his eye. A man whose mysterious aura almost made Rayne shutter. He couldn't tell if he looked up to the man or if he was terrified of him. Regardless, Isley, the number one Claymore, had no time for children.

More years went by without a second thought. Amera had risen in the ranks and had reached 11. Rayne, now at the age of 12, was proud of his mother but also saddened. Her increasing status within the Claymore society increased the threat level of her missions and their frequency. It was rare now that he ever saw his mother. At this point, it had been a year.

After much snooping, Rayne caught word of his mother. Not the words he wanted to hear though. He heard his mother had sent in her black card..but to none other than Isley. Rayne, is desperation, fled the facility and went to the location his mother had addressed. He arrived just in time to see it. His mother, still shaking, rising from the dust. Bits of her body were still reverting from her awakening but the look in her eyes clearly gave away she still was human. This happy site before Rayne soon turned to a nightmare as he watched Isley's blade slice cleanly through his mother's torso and straight up to her neck. His mother was dead and Isley was responsible. It was then that Rayne made the decision to join the Claymores, and then he decided upon his vengence on Isley.

Personality: Considered a rogue by most. He's an inigma of sorts. He comes and goes as he pleases and isn't scared of the Organization. He even went as far as to swap his Claymore out for another weapon. Some large mass of metal he believes to be his sword. He's not cold per say. Rayne just has a simple way of going about things. He either likes you, or he doesn't.

Items:
-1 Claymore
-1 Full Plate Armor
-3 Yoki Suppressant Pills
-1 Black Card
-1 Praying Lady Statue

Yoki Affinity Counter: 13

Kei, add these parts in the intro post:

Quote:
Everyone is allowed to make up to two individual characters right now. In the future, more will be available.
Quote:
Items

So yeah. Everyone can make up to two characters if he wants to for now.

==========Personal Information==========
Name: Valko Kraven
Gender: Male
Age: 23

Appearance
Blond Hair and Silver Eyes

Region: North
Fighting Style: Defensive
Rank: #19
Biography: Kraven, unlike most Claymore who's parents were slain by Yoma, was actually the 1 who killed his parents. It was in self defence but the town did not believe the young boy (who was 14 at the time) and attempted to execute him. However, a hungry Yoma in the crowd saw differently and simply massacred the small town. The villagers put up a better fight than the Yoma had anticipated and it suffered greatly but did win. However, the victim, Kraven was left standing and took advantage of the situation. In a frightful rage, he killed the beast viciously. Even tormenting the creature for reasons he did not know.
He was later approached by a claymore who invited him into the organization.
Since he joined, he swiftly learned the trade and became an adept Yoma killer. Since he's become a Claymore, most call him Kraven. Many rumors circulate among the branches as being a cold hearted, beastly creature who enjoys slaying civilians and covering it up by blaming Yoma.

Personality: Kraven is frightened by the malicious attitude he displayed towards the Yoma and is normally secluded and distant from any1. He is always polite and shows smiles. But his smiles are always fake. He never gives a whole-hearted smile and only rarely allows some1 to call him by Valko.
