Common sense states that as long as the member has appeared for the fight, even for one post, he is not disqualified, and since no specific mention of such issue was made in the rules, it remains in the decision of the voters to decide whether or not to vote against the inactive participant.

Therefore, no, unless the contest creator breaks the rules, Nikushimi was not disqualified - merely outvoted and / or withdrawn.

Well, he did show, I'll give him that much, but that's basically it. If Punxx or Inu has a problem w/ it, they'll talk to me about it. However, until then, my verdict still stands. Honestly, I don't see how a judgment can be delivered through a single post per member. I've made my decision, & if anyone has a problem w/ it, go into the PMs / IM. Don't post it here. Only post here if you have something constructive about the content of their posts. Otherwise, you're spamming, & I'll have to report you to Admin Punxx.
