Scorpion looks up at the sky, holding his oponents head, as he feels the wind blow across his slowly rotting dead body, Scorpion looks at his half dead foe. "Finish me off you monster!" The oponent screams at him. Without a second thought, Scorpion rips off his enemys head, blood flies about. Dripping on the dirt floor, and on the trees. "Fatality" he thinks to himself. He drops the head, and continues walking. He hears a few footsteps and rustles. He turns around and see's...

((And I guess that's where you come in? Whoever wants to join it.))

The proud thunder god had enough of the constant threats to Earth-realm. He had gathered the last remaining forces and fought an honorable battle against the Deadly Alliance...but it was all in vain. Even when he sacrificed himself to rid the world from the source of all evil, all he could hope was to delay Onaga's conquest and finally put to rest the Sorcerer Shang Tsung.

But now, things were getting interesting. The two brothers who had discovered their lineage fought Blaze and each other until the true heir was decided. With Blaze gone, everything was slowly picking up but more emphasis on "slow". Futhermore, Rayden was still mad with his duties to defend Earth realm from "any and all possible threats". He was unaware that Shang Tsung managed to return to the living and met his end against Rayden's prized fighter and former Mortal-Kombat champion: Liu Kang.

Speaking of champions, the fallen monk had drifted into endless sorrow, watching his body brutally murder both innocent and guilty souls. Rayden thought, in his mind, that resrurructing him would aid in the fight of Armaggedon, but after fighting his personal nemesis he dissapeared. Some speculated that he just rotted away; soul finally at peace. But now there was a new champion and he wasn't living up to his promise.

That champion was, or rather, is Scorpion. The specter of vengance. But no matter what your ambitions are, you still have to do what your told. Rayden, god of thunder, was not about to let this arrogant shinobi run his own crusade and let evil persist. No, one way or another he would break and do as instructed.

The thundered god teleported near him, at the site of a blood-bath. He spoke:

"You have met my superiors and yet here you are continuing with your foolish ways. Did you want information from him???" Rayden spoke in a tone that almost no one ever heard before. He was nearly as cold as the time when Shinnok battled with him for centuries. "Why are you not hunting down Onaga? Forget Quan-Chi: If you fulfill your duties your family will become flesh as you have strived for,".

He paused to await a response. Then, "I see that you must be put in your place. And if you do not extinguish the evil then you must be siding with evil yourself. You are either with us or against us," the simple mentality, the cynicism was something Raiden was not known for. He raised his hand and sent a basic jolt of lightning toward Scorpion.

"Hmph" He jumps over the bolt, it clashes into a tree, exploding it. "You didn't even wait for an awnser... still the aggressive type... Heh." He begins to walk towards raiden, thene teleports, and ends up right behind Raiden, he thrusts back. Then unleashes a mighty punch towards the Thunder God.

As a side-note, I don't think Sub-Zero would say "gangster" (seems more like Jax).

Rayden's eyes open wide at the sudden movement of Scorpion but he wasn't shocked. Rayden ducks to the left and completely avoides the upper-cut while wrapping his arms around Scorpions waist.

"Erraaauugh!"

He yelled an overly-dramatic screech and raised Scorpion's body above him. Looking at some flat, solid ground, he then proceeded to swing the specter with his full power toward it. Would Scorpion sustain the damage from the counter throw??? Or will he escape?

"Raagh!" Yells yet another trademark yell (When you throw/counter throw someone in the old game), manages to get free of Raidens grasp, but is still in mid air, going up. He holds his hand out behind his back, then yells. "GET OVER HERE!" He thrusts foward with his hand behind his back, and unleashes a powerful spear towards Raiden in mid air.

(I don't know if what I write will make sense or not in the Mortal Kombat World, but oh well)

While Raiden was in mid air, he took evaded the spear that went past him and took hold of it. Raiden use his God-powers to make electricity (or lightning) go through the spear and heading towards the inner portion of Scorpian's hand.

gee then that means I should forget about subzero and just help scorpion hehe

Subzero cuts the spear and says:"Forget about it Raiden I'm the one who will kill scorpion

Raiden:"Interfearing again then I think I'll just have to kill you both"

Subzero (While evading raiden's attacks) :"Just try / SCORPION LETS BE ALLIES JUST IN THIS FIGHT CAUSE I'M THE ONE WHO IS GONNA KILL YOU"

Scorpion:"No Forget it I'll defeat him and you at the same time "

Raiden:"I'm getting bored."

Then Raiden shocks subzero with a strong lighting bolt which makes him(Subzero) faint and then he(Raiden) completes fighting with scorpion....

Looks at the fallen lien Kui (?) fighter, then back to the god. "You made my job easier... He teleports once again, right behind Raiden, throws a spear, then teleports on the otherside, going for a strong kick to Raidens back.

The Green Dragon

Taven, the new protector of the enchanted realm of Edenia and son of the God Argus now risen to Elder God status. Taven had now been granted the powers of a full God, like Raiden and Fujin. He had defeated his brother Daegon, then Blaze, and finally saved all the realms from Armageddon. What was in store for Taven's future? And what was in store for Edenia's future too under the protection of Taven?

But Taven's concerns were what he would do about Shao Kahn, Onaga, Quan Chi and Shang Tsung... and if they would further threaten the existence of Edenia. Also, he had his suspicions about the Elder God's champion, the ninja specture Scorpion. He questioned to himself why his father Argus would allow such a monster to do their bidding.

Rayden halted the kunai blade by channeling electricity; since it was an easy conductor. Raiden used his medium-lengthed, robed left-arm and shifted it out and high speed to block Scorpion's kick.

"You zipped, you zagged, and now your finished,".

The playfull, witty attitude would have been instantly familiar to Rayden's friends, such as Liu Kang and Fujin. Perhaps there was still hope in saving him.

The dark god challenged that notion by sadistically holding onto Scorpion's leg and channeling lightning down the rope. It sizzled and smoke began to rise. Scorpion foolishly threw his chief weapon around and now it was on one side while it went around the opponent and followed him [Scorpion] to the side where he executed the kick. The lightning continued down the rope's path and was inches away from Scorpion's hand; racing down the rope like a mighty stallion-horse. He [Scorpion] could tug his leg away from Rayden but the hold was firm. What now???
