Ok guys I thought we might get this all started. In this thread im going to post up the teams and the leaders. Aswell as a Tutorial so each team leader can assess their students skills and know what they are working with.
Note: The Tutorial is not made by me and I am not taking any kind of credit for it. The Leaders and students. I used Random.org to pick the teams and this is what it came up with. Engel - Gosan & the 751 Goku - Amerowolf & Burning Vegeta Teecee - Auntie Ranni & Null Gogeaton - Masked Felix & Kei Manic - Beautiful Illusion Team members a little warning. If your not willing to do the work then I suggest you drop out now. The team leaders are doing this for your benefit and no real gains apart from Kudos from the staff. So don't muck them around. Also if your leader isn't helping you then notify me and I will deal with it depending on the circumstances. Leaders again if your not willing to teach then let me know and we will assign members to other teams. [i]Here document showing what all the tools do in photoshop. Its just a basic idea and the best way to learn is to actually play around with photoshop and see what happens. don't worry you can break it and you can always undo what you have done so don't be afraid. Again I didnt make this so I am not taking credit for it. ![]() ![]() All the materials you need on deviant art so you can find whatever you need there. I'm going to ask the leaders not to help on this one again just so we can assess at what level each member is. Note: C4D = 3D render created in "cinema 4d" again can be found on deviantART Good Luck everyone.

Just so the members know, recreation to the tee is not cool in my mind. Be CREATIVE, we all love that in a newcomer, so to start with the tutorial yea sure do it to the tee but try to mix t up with the render/stock or whatever, be fun.

Yes. I get the promising students.
Felix: For starters, it's big. Big isn't always best. It is true that you have more space to work in but thats why PS has the Zoom Tool. Sigs are for the most part small, normally in the 400x150 max range, as to whom thought of that is beyond me. I see you understand blending as its most basic form, always good to start there. I see potential in you. Kei: After an hour and a half you got that. Following a tutorial is for learning, surpassing the result is for gain. I love the effect but you cannot rely simple on one thing and there is such a thing as over-blending. I also see potential in you and because you have a past in this sort of stuff and have a handle on it already, I will work on advancing your knowlegde to try more mainstream stuff, but rememeber that being unique is being memorable.
