i got way to many programs on my hardrive out of 152 GB of space i have ive used 94.5 GB already

It may look messed up because the resolution is max resolution. But I guess you can sort of see stuff.
My Desktop

I couldn't host it so it would be very clear otherwise it would be like 3 MB.

Can someone explain to me how I get a image of my whole desktop with the toolbar on the bottom along with the icons?

Push the "Print Screen SysRQ" button on your keyboard. Then go to paintshop or whatever and paste it there. Host it and post it~

on your key board there ias a button called 'Print screen'. pressit and go on paint. go up to Edit and click paste. hey presto.
