In Photoshop elements 6 u can edit gifs and save them as gifs. so Collins u can edit gifs & sae them witth out ruining them

You save for the web, or some crap like that. Eliwood figured it out, so he'll know. I use good old Fireworks for my GIF editing.

Anyhow, Island, the Polygon Select tool is what you can use for complicated cut outs.
