the skin I believe is called apollo but you need a program called windowsblinds to be able to modified your desktop

I tried out WindowsBlinds it slowed down my PC so I deleted it although it's a cool tool.

Well the program works for me fine.... thx to StarScream.... looking for more skins though as i use the cool one StarScream use's.

Thats part of the skinning tool that StarScream was on about that he used to get his current one. The skin re-styles most of the menu's... the Start Menu being the big red dot.
