Deep within the forbidden woods of the regions beyond the woods of Bahko, an unholy sanctum lied dormant, locked away from civilization, neither expanding outward or collapsing inward. It just was, remaining motionless, beyond the tests of time themselves. Such a gateway was the passage to the lands of the immortal, as well as the country of Bahko; the undead landscape of the Akki-Nanatsu. For one to enter would be eternal punishment in the wrath of divine judgment. However, one may be allowed if they merely seek it out.

OoC - In short, this structure is nestled along a path, a clearing of forest, leading to Bahko’s Forest of Slaughter / Pain. Because the topic itself (Bahko’s) is a Clan-related one within our forum, you may not physically enter the forest, just the surrounding vicinity to the gateways. In addition, all Akki-Nanatsu members are welcome and will be treated with the utmost respect and dignity. Those who aren’t, you better have a decent reason for coming. (Old OoC, although I plan on bringing back Akki-Nanatsu.)

A caldron bubbled above kindle. A small fire sat in the very back of the single-room cottage. With it was an oven, as well as a rocking chair of candy canes and lolly pops. At the center was a rug of liquorice beneath a table of wood. On top the table were many books. However, instead of cook books, there were medical books, magical scrolls, and a series of wild papers, each with rough scribbles written on them in an unknown language. In the left corner, closest to one of the two windows, there was a small bed of candy cane blanks, marshmallow pillows, and many more delicious articles of food. Within it sat the young, raven-haired Uchiha from the Northern Wilderness. A wet towel sat across his forehead. A handkerchief was wrapped around his nearly blind eyes, and his wounds were bandaged. The elderly sage, Velox, could only look at the resting Uchiha with dismay, "He strained his eyes. They were bleeding. He also cannot see. More so, he was burning up. If he didn’t get treatment and fast, he would’ve died," the demon frowned, "If you had fought with that child in the woods, you would’ve pushed himself too far. Poor kid."

[Kurushimi]

"Who're you calling a child" a voice said, apparently from nowhere.

Suddenly, a burst of black flames appeared before Velox. Their appearance was breif, but as they vanished they revealed a man. The same man he met in the woods. His pure white face was again covered with his signature sadistic grin.

"I took the liberty of following you home." He spoke in a rather calm manner, "Nice place you got here." He looked around the room, admiring the "sweet" decorations that were in place. He turned his attention back to Velox and continued. "I could sense from the time I met you in the woods that you weren't human." He said, his grin dissapating. "Which raises the question, why the hell are you helping this kid?" His voice had a mark of irritation in it for a brief second. However, this apparently dissapated as his smile returned. "How 'bout you look into that big black demon heart of yours and ask yourself..." he now turned to the unconcious Uchiha laying in the bed, a hint of bloodlust in his eyes. "How much fun it'd be to take this mortal's life..."

There was a sudden rustle of the sheets, soft at first, then more abrupt. Uchiha Itachi was sitting up in bed, the handkerchief still over his eyes. He didn't stir after that point. Instead, he merely listened, waited, tried to assess his status by recalling the events leading up to his last memory. Feeling the cushioning beneath him and smelling an odd collection of sweets, he determined that he must have been brought to this place by that man in the woods. Then it hit him- he couldn't see a thing. Before, he could at least see shadowy blurs, but now, nothing. He grabbed quickly for his eyes, only to find the piece of fabric settled over them, at which he gave a sigh. It was almost embarrassing that he had panicked like that, but he certainly wasn't in his prime condition. Things still weren't working quite right in him.

"Is anyone there?" he asked calmly, turning his head towards Velox almost as if he could actually see him, "For saving me like that... You have my gratitude, whoever you are."

"Ring!"

Brushing past Suji, the immortal proceeded over to the rear of the hut. There was a small timer exerting an irritating buzz. The sage’s fingers ran across the clock-like device to stop it. Then, he glanced toward a bubbling broth within the nearby caldron. Inside was also a stirring spoon, and the timer signified that it was time to stir once more. The meal itself was a traditional Japanese dish of rice, fish, and many healthy vegetables. However, Velox felt it would be rude to not offer some to his guest. So, he spoke out in a gentle, almost humble tone, "This soup, it’s for the wounded. However, you may have a bowl or two if you wish. You look absolutely famished. When I was your age, I was building muscles - Muscle that could out-match the most powerful of our soldiers," he paused before he began rambling, "So, give me a minute, have a seat, and you shall be served."

Suji could only stare at the old man with puzzlement. "Dude...what are you on?" he asked incredulously. Velox either ignored this or didn't hear this as he went on with dinner preparations. Suji let out a sigh as he fell back to sit at the edge of the candy bed, "Why do I always find the senile ones?" he said to himself. He turned his attention towards the wounded Uchiha, who by now had stirred awake, though apparently still hadn't realized his presence. "You're lucky kid." he spoke softly, "If I hadn't been a sucker for soup you'd be dead by now."

He turned back to Velox, resolving that the discussion of the Uchiha's death could wait until after he got food his belly. "So..." he began, "The name's Ennetsujigoku. Call me Suji, though. And you would be?"

Itachi made no comment back at Suji. Instead, he slid his feet over the edge of the bed and- slowly but steadily -rose off of it. Peeling the cloth from his eyes and letting the towel fall from his forehead, the Uchiha could once more discern faint silhouettes, this time with slightly better clarity than before. This was most unexpected, given the nature of Mangekyou Sharingan.

"Forgive my persistence, but you still haven't told me your name." he pressed on, walking in small steps towards Velox, "Also, where am I? I haven't seen the world for some time, so it's quite difficult to figure out for myself just where exactly I have ended up."

Soaring through the dark cloudy sky a young red-haired man could be seen riding on what appeared to be a giant black hammer, a strange sight to behold if anywhere was there to behold it. Having no recollection of how he arrived to the wilderness or why he had arrived Lavi took off on his hammer commanding it to go to the nearest house hoping to make contact with people. "Whoa, that forest up ahead sure looks creepy!" Lavi said while placing his hand on his forehead to shield his left eye from the wind.

"And here I am without my garlic and silv--" Abrubtly cut off before Lavi could finish his sentence the power of his hammer dragged him down to a cottage straight out of a Fairy Tale. Without any means of stopping himself Lavi mentally prepared for the inevatible crash...

“Velox,” the demon replied.

“And you, my child, are at the edge of Bahko’s Forest of Slaughter.”

Then, glancing toward his window, the elder merely stared blankly. He felt a presence rapidly approaching and in retaliation, began chanting sorcery. The fingers of his left arm ran up the right sleeve as demonic symbols tattooed against his flesh began to glow. With a sudden released of energy, he called forth his defense. From the sky, came a massive owl, Fuhennori, tackling into Lavi. It swooped down, attempted to smash into the mortal, and swerved back into the air, “Quite a few guests. For a hermit such as me, it’s unusual. Ah well, there’s plenty of soup I suppose.”

Itachi had gotten answers, yet still, he was left in the dark. To him, this was an unknown place, and this man was an unknown man. He had no idea the scope of this almost fated meeting.

"You have my grattitude...Velox-san..." he stated with a humble bow of his head, turning and making quickly for a bowl of soup.

He didn't seem to mind the commotion going on around him. Rather, his focus was on getting some food in his stomach. As he felt his way over various odd pieces of furniture, his hand came to a bowl, in which there seemed to be a steaming portion of deliscious stew. The smell hooked him and he moved to down the stuff with complete recklessness.

"Velox, eh?" The demon said rubbing his chin, "isn't that some sort of paper?" he said, not expecting an answer.

Suddenly, something from outside caught Velox's eye and he began chanting sorcery, apparently in retaliation. Suji turned to look out the window to see what caused this action. A red-headed child, riding a...hammer, was plummeting toward the cottage. Before he crashed, however, what appeared to be a giant great-horned owl swooped down and tackled the child into the ground. Suji chuckled. "This place never ceases to amaze me."

He turned over to Velox. "Nice pet you got there. Your food bill must be murder."

Many people associate colors with specific tastes. For Lavi he associated brown with dirt. Probably because of the rather large amount in his mouth. Spitting the dirt out Lavi turned his attention to the giant animal that seemed to have interupted his crash. "An owl?" he questioned. After scratching the dirt out of his hair and placing his resized hammer into his pocket Lavi curiously approached the unusually large animal. "I've never seen an owl this big." he said while examining the owl from head to talon. Maybe his owner was inside that gingerbread house Lavi thought.

"Well there's only one way to find out." he muttered before strolling over to the cottage. Proceeding over the green and pink steps, which Lavi could have sworn were candy, he cautiously knocked on the light blue door.

“Sometimes, a man knows his animal as a friend. However, in a situation such as this, that’s only half-right,” then, interrupting the immortal, there were a series of knocks on the door. The elder proceeded to gently sway his right hand, with his pointer finger facing the door. Through demonic magic, the door was unlocked and creaked open. With that said, Velox turned back to his soup and spoke with his back toward the three, “Fuhennori-kun – the owl – is an immortal spirit who, when summoned to the mortal universe, takes the form as a mere owl. I knew him since I was a wee lad. We have since been very dependent on one another in combat and are willing to sacrifice it all for one another,” he paused one last time, now preparing a bowl for his new arrival, “Friendship, it’s a funny thing, hm?”

As quickly as Lavi had knocked the door sprung open. Before he even entered the strange looking home a voice greeted him speaking of owls and friendship. Lavi had found the owl's owner. Stepping in through the doorway he saw two figures facing his direction with a third one, his back toward all three. "Hm, are you some kind of Japanese clown?" he said while pointing to the robed pale man. Lavi quickly turned his attention to the other man in his sight, sitting at a table eating what appeared to be soup. Long black hair. Pale skin. Black clothing. Outwardly cold. Could it be? Lavi wondered. "Yu!!!" Lavi shouted at he ran toward the man he believed was his companion ignoring the other men present.

"What are you doing here? On that matter where are we? What happened to everybody from the Order?" Lavi said as he quickly assualted "Yu" with questions. "More importantly when did you start to eat soup?"

OOC: Island your Role-Playing is infinitely better than mine, but that isn't saying much.

Suji turned to the front of the cottage as the door creaked open, sending a rush of cold breeze. In stepped a boy bearing a head of spiky red hair. His clothes and face were dirtied by his recent 'landing'. The newcomer turned and stared at Suji, as though he'd never seen an immortal fire demon before. "Hm, are you some kind of Japanese clown?" the boy commented.

Suji took a moment to merely stare at the boy, wondering how many cracks to the skull he took. He responded with some irritation "Are you some kind of mor-". His sentence was cutshort by Lavi's outburst to a certain fellow named "Yu". He ran past Suji, completely ignoring him, and began bombarding the wounded warrior that sat beside him with multiple questions. "Hey spiky-head, I'm talking to you." Suji called out, his irritation having grown.
