JAIF did it so I will to. So mods get ready:

Captain's Razors
Stamina needed: 4
Ki usage: 400
Discription: The Captain's Razors are items only given to Captains of great nobility. They can be thrown long distances with limited accuracy or used to slice. These Razors increase strength and speed by 5 at the cost of Ki.

As long as you're a human it's perfectly acceptable to create your own items.

Well since I already started the topic, I'll post the other weapon I want. That's all, though.

Stamina needed: 3
Ki usage: 300
Discription: This sturdy staff was built out of a mysterious wood that hightens the user's focus and speed by three at the cost of ki. It's origin is unknown.

Those values better just be 3 points. If they're 3 levels then that's retardedly overpowered.
