Custom Item Construction Thread [Pein].

Alright. Instead of specifically bothering a Mod each time I want to make a custom item, I will post any custom items I make in this thread instead along with what I think is a fair Stamina cost for their creation, so any Mod who sees them can judge their fairness and approve / disapprove them. Furthermore, if there's an issue with an item, other members may give me feedback on it here.

Name: Akatsuki Ring - Zero
Description: A unique ring with the kanji for zero on its gemstone.
Stamina Cost: 3
Effect: Increases the owner's Focus by 5 while worn. Allows the user to communicate with other people wearing another Akatsuki Ring telepathetically at the cost of 300 ki.

Notes: This Ring is unique, which means no other can be made to work exactly like that. I have plans for the rest of the Akatsuki Rings and their purpose, except of course Itachi's and Orochimaru's, who are supposed to have theirs. The cost for the telepathetic communication is per "conversation" per member, so I could talk to a member for hours via the ring for just 300 ki, but if I wanted to talk to three members at once I would have to pay 900 ki to start the conversations.

So yeah, that's all for starters.

Effect: A shuriken is a metallic star with four pointed edges that is mostly used as a throwing weapon, although it can rarely and with low efficiency be used in close quarters combat.
