Custom Attacks.

In the character sheet, it says that you can make a new Custom Attack every 10 levels with the maximum ki cost doubling at each increment.

However, the Custom Attacks I & II are still up in the attack list, and most members have already started creating them.

Which is the valid way to make custom attacks?

At level 10 I was planning on making Gonzo no Jutsu, myself.

Both are valid. Every 10 levels you gain a new super level and are automatically granted a custom attack. However, you may also create attacks through the attack list, though up until you reach whichever level has a power level of 100,000 or above it must have a drawback or serious limitation if it has over 900 ki.

Do we just post the custom attacks in the attack thread and assume that they are accepted? Or is there another way of receiving validation?

The quickest way to get it approved is PM it to a mod. If you post it in the Attack thread, there is a chance a mod won't see it for a few days.
