Krudule's Adavanced Scouter

Now the picture I used: Krudule what looks epic for my RPG character. He has a scouter; as most Saiya-Jin warriors do. Other Saiya-Jin characters that are currently RPG characters also have scouters. Now I've used it more than twice to identify characters where as if I didn't have it I wouldn't know they were actually there. I've also used it openly say peoples Power Levels.

Now first of, I was thinking:

• Am I cheating?
• Do I need to create it? As it isn't an ordinary scouter as you can see; it has two panels covering both eyes, for enhanced vision. It can't be brought as it's not an original design.
• What capabilities can I give it?

Hmm....how about you give that thing the ablitiy to see through things.....clothes for a clearly, RANDOM example....and give it to Jiraiya so he can have some fun. :D

I do not think of it as cheating, long as it is for sale once we get the shop set up.

You could add the ability to see their name, age, race and class.

X-ray vision is pretty cool too.
Anything Sharingan like powers though I would consider cheating.

Unless they've changed up the rules, you don't start with a Scouter of any kind, even if your character has one in its appearance. You'd have to buy one.

And Saiyans can't create items, so you could get a human to do it.

Normal scouters will be on sale as soon as I make them. It's acceptable to place that design under the banner of a normal scouter I suppose. Until then, as long as nobody has a problem with it I'll allow it's use as you're not using it to create an unfair advantage.

Okay cool cheers. I don't think I done anything stupid with it, that hasn't been done in the manga and anime of Dragonball Z. Though as you know it uses both eyes not one.
