Battle: EPIK BATTORU: Itachi [Nikushimi] vs. Jiraiya [Eliwood21] & Piro [RandomPenguin]

[Nikushimi]

OOC- This will be my first official fight in the new RPG. It will also be a two-on-one fight, something I have rarely ever done. Basically, join up with someone else and fight/spar with my character. I would prefer characters weaker than my own for the sake of not getting beaten too bad, but it really doesn't matter; stronger and equal characters are welcome.




Itachi stood in the midst of a great arena. Beneath him lay tile after tile, spanning over a square area with a length of one-hundred feet. All around were rows of seats, indicating that this was the site of some great event, perhaps a fighting tournament. It was very much of the Chuunin Exams Preliminary and Final Round arenas to which he was so familiar, which had been designed for the very same purpose. Unfortunately...he could see none of it. It all came together melded in a dark haze before his pale eyes; his eyes, eyes which once saw the world with such clarity and penetrative insight, now trapped in the clutches of that all-consuming abyss that awaits those who use the Mangekyou Sharingan. He turned his head this way and that, though it didn't really make a difference in what he saw- or didn't see.

"This looks like it could be a decent location." he said to himself aloud, as if the absence of his vision did not prevent him from knowing where he was, "So, do you wish to fight me?"

Sure enough, two figures stood behind the waiting Uchiha. He kept his back to them, remaining silent for their reply.

[OOC: Awawa, alright. I'll rearrange the post to work that way...though I have no idea what the Budokai arena is like. Also, I'll stay]

Jiraiya made his way inside of the arena. He looked up to the rows of seats; it reminded him of the conflict that occured at the Konoha arena a few years earlier....He let out a sigh and continued to look about. Still walking forward, the sun instantly beamed down into his eyes. Jiraiya raised his right hand above his head to cover his eyes from the sun.

Jiraiya then looked forward towards the center of the arena. He noticed a figure standing in front of him, the back facing him. Jiraiya squinted his eyes to try and figure who that person may be.

Piro landed by Jiraiya "so were fighting him huh, whats his name?" he asked looking at Itachi's back. he slowly stepped forward a few paces so that he was closer to Itachi and within range of closer ranged techniques.

[OOC: Oi, good to see ya. Also, Itachi is faced AWAY from us...so his eyes are unkown to us. -_-, ]

Jiraiya's eyes shot wide open upon clarifying who he say before him. Itachi?! Why is someone like him doing here? So this is the world I know of? Upon questioning the odds of such an encounter in a place he is has no idea about, a figure landed close to Jiraiya. Looking over to his side, he noticed that the person was Piro, a man he encountered at a nearby pub during some....investigating~.

"Piro? What are you doing here? Following me eh?" Seeing Piro slightly stepping closer towards Itachi, Jiraiya shot up in front of him and placed his hand on his shoulder as a warning to keep his distance. "Piro, it would be wise to keep your distance from this man....I know him. Uchiha Itachi....former ninja of Konoha who left for Akatsuki. Tell me Itachi....where is this place? What do you Ataksuki have planned?"

Piro smirked at the old man's warnings "no mere mortal's power is great enough to defeat a demon" he replied to the old man who he had followed sensing a battle in the man's nearby future. a few words then caught Piro's Thoughts "what is this Akatsuki you so ask about, and where do you people come from" he asked Jiraiya seeing that it might hold the key to strang occurences that were happening around this planet.

Itachi made no movement and gave not the subtlest response. In truth, he recognized the one man as Jiraiya, one of the three legendary Sannin. The other he had no apparent interest in for the time being. The Uchiha's creamy, dead eyes stared out into the open air, the beauty of the world before them hidden from their sight. He stood as if in a trance, and then...

"It's been some time, Jiraiya-san." he muttered indifferently, suddenly turning towards the two men behind him, "If you want to know the truth, you'll have to beat it out of me..."

"Hmhmhm, don't be too sure of yourself..." A bead of sweat ran down Jiraiya's face. Tsh, Itachi of all people. I might be able to keep par with him...but I doubt I'll be able to go into Sage mode if needed....oh well, perhaps I can squize some answers out of him during this little shindig...

Jiraiya's eyes suddenly shot wide yet again looking at the face of Itachi. "Itachi....your eyes....Heh, I'm assuming you've overdone your Mangekyo then." Jiraiya spread his legs shoulder width apart while facing his right hand towards Itachi, the other to his perpendicular.

Piro Launched himself at Itachi charging up Ki in one of his hands "Demonic Rage" he yelled as a sword of orange Ki appeared extending out of his Hand he proceeded to slice at Itachi... while he slashed at itachi in a frenzy he thought to himself "i will beat the truth out of you scum"

Itachi stood like a corpse in the face of a tsunami as Piro charged. His sight was poor, his body looked slightly emaciated, and he just generally seemed to be in a bad condition for a fight. Nevertheless, when the warrior thrust out his hand, Itachi raised both arms and caught him by the wrist, holding him in place. In the same instant, a second Itachi ran from behind the first, charging towards Jiraiya at high speeds.

Taking a deep breath, Jiraiya ran off to the right of Itachi. Performing the seals, Jiraiya took a deep inhale, holding his hands up to parallel to his throat.

Katon: Endan! (Fire Release: Fireball)

Instantly Jiraiya blew out of his mouth, aiming right above his hands, a large fireball proportional to his whole body towards the front of the Itachi that was charging towards him.

Piro stopped amazed at how Itachi had stopped his attack with just his arms he pushed himself away while again charging up Ki in his Hands and chanting "Ki Barrage" he then proceeded to bombard Itachi with a volly of Ki blasts each one a trademark orange. he continued untill he could see nothing but the outlines of a crater underneath all the smoke he had created

OCC:my character used up 3 attacks worth in this attack btw.

Almost simultaneously, both Itachis were struck dead-on, bursting into twin plumes of white smoke. The puffy haze expanded over the battlefield, blanketing everything in sight. All of a sudden, a pair of sandals scuffled over the ground. Itachi whirled into a spinning kick behind Piro, aiming his left heel for the back of the man's head.




OOC- Focusing on Piro; hoping Jiraiya gets moar proactive in the fight. I know he has a program due, but still. D:

The Kick Impacted sending Piro flying across the battlefield. he stopped himself and landed on his feet. "what technique is that i have never seen it around this world who taught you it" he asked curiosly. He then proceeded to launch himself once again at Itachi only this time he yelled "KAIOKEN" while he did it, a red aura surronded his body and his muscles expanded outwards with power.

When he reached Itachi he started to punch him in another flurry of rage.

Grr....Kage Bushins.... Jiraiya ran towards Itachi in hopes of catching him off guard. As he gained closer ground to Itachi, Jiraiya performed a spin along the ground, forcing his left elbow out to gain centrifugal force aiming towards Itachi's right abdomen.
