Description:
This attack is one of the most useful in all of Dragonball. By holding
their breath the user can momentarily stop time. This lasts as long as
the user can hold their breath. When time is stopped opponents can be
attacked mercilessly, however you cannot use Ki attacks at the same
time. Only lasts one post.

Pikkon's ultimate attack. This attack shoots a massive column of fire
out from the user's fists. Pikkon uses this three time on Goku in the
Annoyoichi Budokai, but on the third time Goku counters with an Instant
Kame Hame Ha.

opponent's HP.

Description-
The opponent is shocked/weirded-out/scared/unnerved/etc.; the user
decides how this works (i.e., if their character just glares, or if
he/she does a fighting pose). As a result, the opponent is unnable to
attack for one post (the post after this technique is executed). This
can work on one opponent, or as many opponents as you are fighting.
However, allies with PL's lower than yours are affected by this
technique as well. Can only be used once per battle.

Discription: This attack allows the user to use Flame-styled Ki to "leap" from one place to another, lightining fast. The flame covers the the body and it can hurt someone caught infront of it.

Hyper Tornado

Description:
With this attack Pikkon creates a tornado around himself, and then
brings it down on his opponent. The tornado then throws the opponent
around and round, as the strong winds cut them over and over.

Description:
Exemplar is a move that reaches deep within the mind of an opponent, and temporarily snatches away an attack. Due to the strain of breaking into someone's mind, it costs 200 ki to begin and the the cost of the duplicated attack. Each copy only lasts the turn used.

Ki Cost: 1,000 ki to summon, 200 ki per post after summoning
Description: The ability for the user to create thousands of tiny ki balls and force them together, creating large waves of ki. Although usually controlled by the user's mind, these waves can also be manipulated via the user's hands which not only increases their accuracy but also makes them twice as fast. Due to the amount of ki used for this technique, no other ki based techniques may be used while this one is in play. However, transformations and power ups may still be in effect while this attack is in use.
