own and can be attacked separately. But the downside is that the user's
PL is divided into four, with each copy receiving 1/4 of the original's
power level.

Description:This
is one of Vegeta's Trademark attacks. It is first used in the Saiyan
Saga against Goku. The energy is gathered behind the user with the
backs of the hands together then the hands are brought forward with the
palms outward.

Description:
This is a rather odd attack, never before seen in the history of the DBZ universe. It involves the bringing down of one hand, summoning lightning throughout the general area the attack is used. It causes a ball of lightning to appear on the hand as well. A ring of energy also surrounds the feet of the user. It is charged for a little bit before the user thrusts forward, at their speed, and attempts to stab the opponent with it. It is a wildly fast move, but it also comes with a cost. If a second shot is used, ki usage is 4,000 and a staggering amount (60%) of the user’s health is also drained due to inexperience. This could kill the user.

Description:
This is one of Tullece's trademark attacks. It is first used in the The Tree of Might against Son Gohan. The energy is gathered infront of the user with the face of the hands together as the build up of Ki presented as circle grows, as the user's hands stench outwards moving apart the burning circle grows as the hands are brought forward with the palms outward. A burning ring of Ki is hurled at, once executed it is hard to evade without being hit or being effected by its heat. Can be used against multiple opponents in the same radius.

Description: A technique created by Kyler to aid the use of the Kagenui. The attack begins by Kyler throwing a large ball of ki into the air. At a certain height, the ball explodes into multiple smaller, but still large, ki balls. However, instead of immediately dropping down, the balls stay in the air and give off a blinding light for a few minutes. After a select amount of time, the ki balls shoot down from the sky towards the area where Kyler wishes, but stay separated somewhat in order to cover escape routes.

Custom Attack I (Once a Month) - For April 2008

Name: Ame Ichou no Jutsu (Art of the Rain Veil)
Stamina: 4
Ki Cost: 400 for each post it remains active
Description: This technique can only be used during rain, either natural or generated by Pein's Amegakure no Jutsu. Pein controls the water in the atmosphere to create the illusion of a rippling veil of water around him, making it much harder for opponents to target and hit him with physical attacks. Increases Speed by 30%, giving Pein a better chance of avoiding attacks. Moving to attack dispels this technique, and once dispelled or cancelled, it cannot be reactivated for another five posts.

Note: In case you missed the illusion part, this is a Genjutsu.

Kakusan Yuudou Kikou Ha

Ki Cost: 350
Description:
This involves the attacker firing many Kikou Ha's at their opponent
which are made easy to avoid on purpose. The attacker makes these Kikou
Ha's then wait behind the opponent, making sure the opponent is
surrounded. With their opponent trapped the attacker makes the Kikou
Ha's converge on their opponent causing mass damage.

Ki Cost: 100 per clone

Description: A B-Rank Jutsu used to produce copies of the user. Ki is distributed evenly through the user and each copy, making them almost imossible to tell apart from eachother. These clones can only take one hit, however, and then vanish in a puff of smoke. The Ki they had returns to the user afterward.

Description: Brutus thrusts forth his open palm and unleashes and brilliant beam of blue energy. It acts much like a basic Kamehameha wave, though it can be manipulated with Brutus' remaining hand. At the cost of additional charge time and focus it can also be channeled through the mouth.
