Attacks:

Atomic Fist: The simple action of gathering ki in one fist (either one) and releasing it on impact with target for amplified damage. (Ki cost= 500)

Lesser Kamehameha (Raitro’s version): Like the name implies, this is yet another version of the Kamehameha wave, but obviously weaker. (Ki cost= 300)

Ki Kick: Same as Atomic Fist, only in this attack Raitro gathers Ki in either one of his feet. (Ki cost= 400)

Instant Transmission: One of the series' most useful techniques. This allows the user to dematerialize and move as a mass of light. The only downside to the technique is that the user requires a Ki target to "lock onto". Son Goku learned this technique from the Yardratto-Jin after he escaped from the exploding Planet Namek. (Ki Cost= 1,000)

Kamehameha: The signature attack of Dragonball. We first see it performed by Kame-Sennin to put out the fire on Mt. Paozu, unfortunately Kame-Sennin puts too much power in and blows the mountain away! The attack is charged with cupped hands behind the back, then brought to the front with the arms outstretched, and fired. (Ki Cost= 300)

Final Flash: It is charged with the arms spread out, palms facing the opponent. Then the wrists are brought together, like in the Kame Hame Ha, and an almighty blast of Ki is let rip! (Ki cost= 1,000)

Final Kamehameha: This is Vegetto's brilliant combination of two of Goku's and Vegeta's best attacks. A very powerful blast which Vegetto uses when he fights Super Majin Buu. (Ki Cost = 1,500)

Time Freeze: This attack is one of the most useful in all of Dragonball. By holding their breath the user can momentarily stop time. This lasts as long as the user can hold their breath. When time is stopped opponents can be attacked mercilessly, however you cannot use Ki attacks at the same time. Only lasts one post. (Ki Cost = 1,000)

Ki Barrier: This technique involves the user forming a barrier of Ki around them that can withstand anything, as long as the user his Ki to supply to it. (Ki Cost = Double the amount of ki as the attack your blocking)

Solar Flare: This attack is one of the most useful in the series. The user puts the hands up to the face and shouts "TAYOKEN" or "SOLAR FLARE", this causes the sun's rays to be amplified and reflected into the opponent's eyes, thus blinding them for one of their posts. Can only be used 1 time per battle/saga. (Ki Cost = 100)

Kai Fist: A powerful fist than can go through anything. (Ki Cost = 700)

Spirit Bomb: This attack was taught to Son Goku by Kaio-Sama, during his time in the afterlife. It allows the user to borrow energy from all the things around him. The energy is gathered by the user raising their arms upwards, this however does leave them open to attack as the strength of the attack is proportional to the time it takes to charge. (Ki Cost = 350 and each other Good or Neutral person can choose to add 350 Ki.)

Spirit Bomb Upgrade: This is the ability to draw in more energy than normal to give power to the user's Spirit Bomb. It drastically increases the power of the Spirit Bomb. (Ki Cost = 500 and each other Good or Neutral person can choose to add 500 Ki.)

Big Bang Attack: One of the first moves Vegeta learned after going Super Saiya-Jin. He holds his arm at right angles to his body and lets loose a powerful ball of energy which explodes the atoms of the target. (Ki Cost = 550)

Big Bang Kamehameha: This is Gogeta's brilliant combination of two of Goku's and Vegeta's best attacks. A very powerful blast which SSJ4 Gogeta uses on Syn Shenron. (Ki Cost = 2,000)

Greater Kamehameha (Raitro's Improved Version): After a long period of trial and often-painful error, Raitro has finally perfected his own variation of the rather common Kamehameha. Charged in the same way as one would normally power up a wave of its variety, it has a much higher degree of power and destructiveness. The dark green wave is not only 3 times stronger, but is also faster than a normal Kamehamha, making it rather hard to dodge. (Ki Cost = 1,000)

Intimidation: The opponent is shocked/weirded-out/scared/unnerved/etc.; the user decides how this works (i.e., if their character just glares, or if he/she does a fighting pose). As a result, the opponent is unnable to attack for one post (the post after this technique is executed). This can work on one opponent, or as many opponents as you are fighting. However, allies with PL's lower than yours are affected by this technique as well. Can only be used once per battle. (Ki Cost = 500)

Improved Ki Circulation (Level 20 attack): Due to the many hours of practicing his Ki manipulation, Raitro’s body has now developed a new skill that grants him better control over his energy source. He can keep it flowing even at times when others try to block him from using it. In other words, he can become immune to techniques that target his Ki-related abilities. (Ki Cost: 2,000. This cap gets multiplied with the SLs. Note: This technique cannot be canceled out unless the attacker’s negation has a higher Ki cost.)

The way of a Mercenary:
Ki Cost: 600
Description: During his travels around the galaxies as a mercenary for hire, Raitro has been able to see just how ruthless the universe can be. He has witness atrocities that could haunt the weak minded for all eternity. In fact, he has committed some of these atrocities himself. That being said, he (Or his dark side, to be more specific) holds no fear towards living beings. Thus, the activation of this move negates the effects of Intimidation.

Power Surge: The user's current Strength and Speed are doubled, even if they are in an SL. This lasts for 7 of the users posts. After the 7 posts, ALL of the user's Health is drained. (Ki Cost= 1,000)

Zeni: $1,950
Items/Weapons:

Weighted Training Clothes:
A special pair of weighted clothing wore by martial artists to make their training more effective. The weight of the clothing adds resistance to movement, promoting extra muscle growth. However, the added weight also slows the wearer down to a noticable degree. Adds 1 extra point to your stamina while worn, but decreases your speed by 1 level. You may only add the extra stamina when wore, so if you take them off mid saga to increase your speed you lose the extra point until they're put back on.
Cost: $3,000

Tattoos of Power (Enhanced Bio Suit): Subsequent to getting inebriated in the Pub, Raitro came swaying out, wondering off into town. He unknowingly entered a mystical Tattoo Shop, where his drunken persona requested a ‘cool’ design on his back. The worker there, a bald-headed powerful being called Manny, complied. The next morning, after a bad hangover, our goofy Saiyan discovered that his tattoos were enchanted. When activated, they glow a mesmerizing blue and grant Raitro an exponential boost on all skills. Increases all stats by 3 levels. Can be used with other armor.

Raitro’s Traditional Armor (Royal Saiyan Armor): The conventional armor worn by saiyans during fierce combat. This armor was custom made by Raitro during his time in Planet Vegeta. He has used it in most if not all assigned missions as a mercenary. Gotten used to it, Raitro kept it and applied some improvements to the out dated material once he arrived on Earth. Raises Vitality and Constitution by 5 levels.

Scouter:
Created by Frieza's scientists. Worn over one eye, they serve as both a basic communication device and a means of reading the power of an opponent. By judging where one stands against their foe, it is possible to more efficiently use one's energy. Because you are able to ration your power more efficiently, you can duouble the amount of time your class advantage is effective. Cost: $1,000

Potara Earrings (x2): These earrings allow people to fuse. In a fight, two people wear these on opposite ears and fuse until their ki runs dry or an event occurs that forces them to unfuse. As a fused being, the fusees' stats are added together and multipled by 2. Costs 10,000 ki per post (or all if less ki). After that, they unfuse and continue fighting. The ki per post is not multiplied by the SL multipliers, but the ki cost per turn is added onto that. The fusion knows all the moves and has all the items of the fusees, and wears both Potara Earrings used in the fusion. After this, the Fusion can fuse with other Fusions, but only once to create an even stronger fighter.

Tree of Might Fruit:
A mysterious fruit grown from the branches of the Tree of Might. Eating one is said to give one a massive boost in power. Because the tree sucks the life from whatever planet it is on, these fruit are extremely hard to come by and thus very costly. Consuming one increases your daily experience boost from 50 to 150 for one week. Only usable once 30 Days. Cost: $50,000

FMEB (Full-Moon-Energy Battery): A peculiarr box-shaped device, which goes around the left bicep. It is used to store the energy produced by full moon rays within its core, where it is processed into a thin liquid that can trigger certain saiyan hormones. When activated, it will cause the saiyan user to transform into the fabled Oozaru state, without the requirement of an actual full moon (Or Mod Dictatorship). Lasts for 10 posts. Capable of using along side SLs. Can only be used once per Battle/Saga.

Transformations/Power Ups:
Power-Up - Kaioken (x3):
Requirement: Level 5
For 3 posts, Strength, and Vitality are multiplied by 3.


Power-Up - Kaioken (x6):
Requirement(s): Level 15
For 3 posts, Strength, and Vitalityare multiplied by 6.

Power-Up - Kaioken (x):
Requirement(s): Level 25
For 3 posts, Strength, and Vitality are multiplied by 9.


Super Saiyan- The legendary ability of the Saiyan race. It consists in turning the user's hair into a light shade of yellow and increasing his/her power exponentially. Multiply stats x5. Requires 250 Ki to sustain this state.

Enraged Super Saiyan- Unlocking memories hidden within him, Raitro can become highly angered and caused to ascend to a more powerful state of Super Saiyan. Once enraged, his body increases in bulk to some extent, hair turns a darker shade of gold, and power raises further. Multiply stats x7. Requires 500 Ki to sustain this state.

Sagas/Quests Completed:
The Sky is Burning: 1,200 Exp Boost. $2,000 Zeni.
Battle with Brutus [Lazlo]: Withdrew. 500 exp gained.
Battle with Insanus [Vivi]: Draw. 960 exp gained.

How do you have a +1,500 boost from the Saga?

You joined five days after the Saga started, not four or less, if I'm not mistaken.
