Name: Zechi Shinaru
Age: 19 Gender: Male Height: 5’4 Weight: 130 lbs Race: Changeling Class: Mercenary Appearance: Few Changelings make their living on Earth. Of course, the well known ones are all dead. But, Zechi Shinaru does not go off the genetic blueprint that all Changelings are part of. Standing at only five foot four, Zechi seems like a tiny opponent. There is a very little muscular build on Zechi’s body, hinting towards a lack of strength. Zechi’s entire body is a shade of white. On his elbows, knees, wrists and various other joints are covered in a black casing of shiny skin. Jutting out of the back of Zechi’s skull are two tiny horns, angling downwards. Going down his back are eight uncomfortable looking lumps perpendicular to the next. There are no signs of genitalia, obviously due to his race and the fact that Zechi rarely wears clothing visually allows others to see. Bearing out of his skull are two red pupils surrounded by black irises and white sclera. Drawing down from each eye sockets are two black lines that fade off half way down his cheeks. Personality: Arrogance serves Zechi’s main computations. Every action is registered and criticized for one reason or the next; normally venomously. This changeling is never one to step away from a fight. The fact that he may lose never registers and considers all battles fair game. Those that are weaker than himself are seen to be inferior and serve no purpose than cannon fodder. Of course, Zechi is nearly incapable of strategy and relies on other superiors to keep him straight on towards his goals. Otherwise, Zechi’s natural anger leads his actions. Level: 15 Experience: 4,350/4,510 Stats Normal Power Level: 78,000 Strength: 859 Vitality: 859 Focus: 859 Constituion: 859 Dexterity: 917 Speed: 917 Weighted Strength: 859 Vitality: 859 Focus: 859 Constituion: 859 Dexterity: 917 Speed: 838 Ki: 22,500 Health: 7,500 Stamina: 4+1=5 Attacks: Seismic Wave Ki: 50 Description: Using his own Ki, Zechi can manipulate to area around himself to send shockwaves. However, he requires a focus body part to trigger the ki into a shockwave that knocks the target off balance. It is completely useless with opponents stronger than himself. Eye Phasers Ki: 150 Description: A short range attack. Flares fire out of Zechi’s eyes. However, without taking the time to charge the attack, the energy flares can only reach a couple metres. Though, the Phasers are incapable of disrupting a true energy attack. Fake Death Ball Ki: 300 Description: All Changelings contain the ability to create Death Balls. However, Zechi has never had a true teacher to show him how to concentrate enough energy to create a True Death Ball. That does not stop Zechi from creating a Fake Death Ball. The energy that consists of this Death Ball is so weak that at times, the entire attack has a 35 percent change of completely fading away. But, it’s still an attack. Eye Lasers Stamina Needed: 3 Stamina Ki Cost: 100 Description: This is a thin, highly accurate beam of energy shot from the eyes. We first see it used by Piccolo to shut Gohan up, but he makes it weak on purpose. Later we see Frieza use it and Android 20 uses it to destroy most of an island. Crusher Ball Stamina Needed: 2 Ki Cost: 175 Description: We see this attack used by Jeice of the Ginyu Force, during the Frieza Saga. It is a bright orange ball of energy around the size of a basketball. It is charged in one hand and then hurled towards the opponent. It can be used to damage or as a distraction. Dodon Ray Stamina Needed: 3 Stamina Ki Cost: 175 Description: This is Tsuru-Sennin's version of the Kame Hame Ha. It is an extremely powerful beam shot from one finger. Tao Pie Pie nearly kills Goku with this, but Goku is saved by the Dragonball in his shirt. Galic Gun Stamina Needed: 3 Stamina Ki Cost:175 Description:This is one of Vegeta's Trademark attacks. It is first used in the Saiyan Saga against Goku. The energy is gathered behind the user with the backs of the hands together then the hands are brought forward with the palms outward. S.S. Deadly Bomb Stamina Needed: 6 Ki Cost: 300 Description:This is Super Android #13's ultimate attack. It is a large, red energy ball which has more than enough power to destroy the Earth. Vanishing Ball Alliance: Evil Stamina Needed: 5 Ki Cost: 500 Description: A technique used by Kid Buu. This big pink ball has an enormous destructive power. Final Flash Stamina Needed: 10 Stamina Ki Cost: 1,000 Description: It is charged with the arms spread out, palms facing the opponent. Then the wrists are brought together, like in the Kame Hame Ha, and an almighty blast of Ki is let rip! Kamehameha Stamina Needed: 3 Ki Cost: 175 Description: The signature attack of Dragonball. We first see it performed by Kame-Sennin to put out the fire on Mt. Paozu, unfortunately Kame-Sennin puts too much power in and blows the mountain away! The attack is charged with cupped hands behind the back, then brought to the front with the arms outstretched, and fired. Final Kamehameha Prerequisite Attack: Final Flash and Kamehameha Stamina Needed: 5 Stamina Ki Cost: 350 Description: This is Vegetto's brilliant combination of two of Goku's and Vegeta's best attacks. A very powerful blast which Vegetto uses when he fights Super Majin Buu. Ultimate Kamehameha Prerequisite Attack: Kamehameha Stamina Needed: 5 Stamina Ki Cost: 300 Description: Basically the same as the regular Kamehameha but it is much more powerful and uses a lot more energy. It was used by Goku against Piccolo in the 23rd Tenkaichi Budoukai. Vanishing Ball Alliance: Evil Stamina Needed: 5 Ki Cost: 500 Description: A technique used by Kid Buu. This big pink ball has an enormous destructive power. Revenge Death Ball Stamina Needed: 10 Stamina Ki Cost: 400 Description: Baby uses this move to try to kill goku for the revenge of the tuffles. Incomplete Death Ball Ki Cost: 450 Description: Incomplete Death Ball is the next step up for Zechi. With the advent of creating so much power than that he needs to transform to unleash it all, the ability to generate ki more efficiently has brought upon the Incomplete Death Ball. Unlike the Fake Death Ball, the energy is complete and does not have a chance of dissapearing by itself. However, unlike true Death Balls which can change size after the initial toss, the Incomplete Death Ball is always the diameter of a small truck. Big Bang Kamehameha Prerequisite Attack: Big Bang and Kamehameha Stamina Needed: 10 Stamina Ki Cost: 2,000 Description: This is Gogeta's brilliant combination of two of Goku's and Vegeta's best attacks. A very powerful blast which SSJ4 Gogeta uses on Syn Shenron. Energy Burst Stamina Needed: 6 Ki Cost: 400 Description: You do a quick power-up and then let the energy loose to create a wave of damage in a 4 meter radius. It cannot be used to deflect Ki attacks however because it takes a couple of seconds for the power-up and it just plain isnt strong enough to stop them. Zeni: $ 10, 354 Items/Weapons: Scouter: Created by Frieza's scientists. Worn over one eye, they serve as both a basic communication device and a means of reading the power of an opponent. By judging where one stands against their foe, it is possible to more efficiently use one's energy. Because you are able to ration your power more efficiently, you can duouble the amount of time your class advantage is effective. Cost: $1,000 Weighted Training Clothes: A special pair of weighted clothing wore by martial artists to make their training more effective. The weight of the clothing adds resistance to movement, promoting extra muscle growth. However, the added weight also slows the wearer down to a noticable degree. Adds 1 extra point to your stamina while worn, but decreases your speed by 1 level. You may only add the extra stamina when wore, so if you take them off mid saga to increase your speed you lose the extra point until they're put back on. Cost: $3,000 [WORN] Transformations/Power Ups: Sagas/Quests Completed: Biography: Zechi has been searching for the history of his past and his race the Changelings. His dreams are filled with a war that consumes the Universe and that he himself is part of the War. However, he does not know what part. There has been few that know of his history, possibly the most honest being the demon sage Velox. However, Zechi has yet to been able to get any information out of his supposed master. Their interactions are so sporadic that most do not even consider them pupil-master. Nevertheless, Zechi considers Velox the greatest of all beings and follows Velox’s will. More often than not this has put Zechi in many sticky situations. All, of course, merely to find out information of himself. Rumours of a great Inter-galactic war that has yet to consume is ‘home’ planet, Earth, sparks Zechi’s own interest in developing a efficient combat force once his training with Velox is complete.
