He feels that if the topic or matter at hand does not involve him, than he need not be involved at all. However, despite this seemingly lax attitude, Katsuo has secrets and desires that he doesn’t let others know about. In addition, he carries himself like an innocent who wouldn’t know the first thing about fighting. Of course, he uses this guise as a way to both trick possible enemies into thinking he’s weak and in order to take them out as quickly as possible. Level: 24 Experience: 10000 Stats: base/with items Strength: 1,781/1,781 Vitality: 1,781/2,066 Focus: 1,771/1,646 Constitution: 1,771/1,906 Dexterity: 1,841/1,981 Speed: 1,851/1,859 Ki: 36,000 Health: 12,000 Stamina: 5 (6) Power Level: 160,000 Attacks: Swallowing marks- By touching the opponent, Katsuo puts a small mark on the opponent’s body which begins to slowly dig into the opponent’s skin. If Katsuo touches the mark again, the mark will disappear. Marks only stay for five posts but will leave serious scaring if left for that amount of time. If one mark is put on top of another, they will create enough pressure to literally dig a hole in the opponent's body. (300 ki per mark) Splitting technique- This technique allows Katsuo to change directions so fast that it looks as though his body or parts of his body are literally splitting apart. (150 ki) Ki mine-Katsuo can set ki ‘mines’ into the ground or into surrounding objects and set them off at will. They will automatically be set off if an opponent steps on them. (300 ki per mine) Mimicking illusion-This technique allows the user to form any technique they've seen in the past into an illusionary version of the attack. However, unlike the original technique, the illusion won't affect the opponent upon contact. Rather, the technique is used to confuse opponents into believing the user can use techniques he actually can't. Unfortunately, for the illusion to be complete, the ability requires the same amount of ki as the actual technique itself so that not only the opponent's eyes are deceived, but their senses as well. (Same as technique being mimicked) Greater Ki Blades-A technique that allows the user to create blades of pure ki energy. These blades act like normal swords but unlike normal swords, any number of them can be summoned at once. In addition, the ki blades can be controlled by the user telepathically, although controlling any large number of them may cause the user to lose focus on his objective. Ki blades only last for two posts before disappearing. (150 ki per blade) Illumination wave-The ability for the user to create thousands of tiny ki balls and force them together, creating large waves of ki. Although usually controlled by the user's mind, these waves can also be manipulated via the user's hands which not only increases their accuracy but also makes them twice as fast. Due to the amount of ki used for this technique, no other ki based techniques may be used while this one is in play. However, transformations and power ups may still be in effect while this attack is in use. (1,000 ki to summon, 200 ki to sustain) Instant Transmission-One of the series' most useful techniques. This allows the user to dematerialize and move as a mass of light. The only downside to the technique is that the user requires a Ki target to "lock onto". Son Goku learned this technique from the Yardratto-Jin after he escaped from the exploding Planet Namek. (1,000 ki) Destructo Disc-This attack creates a whirling circle of energy, which acts very much like a buzz saw and will cut through almost anything. This attack is very innaccurate. It was used by Kuririn in the battle with Nappa, and he uses it to cut off Frieza's tail. But the attack failed when it came to Cell's neck. (150 ki) Kamehameha-The signature attack of Dragonball. We first see it performed by Kame-Sennin to put out the fire on Mt. Paozu, unfortunately Kame-Sennin puts too much power in and blows the mountain away! The attack is charged with cupped hands behind the back, then brought to the front with the arms outstretched, and fired. (175 ki) Zanzoken-This is where the user moves so fast that they actually create an after image of their selves. In other words they seem to be in one place when actually in another. It is very useful for avoiding attacks and tricking opponents. (25 ki per image) Time Freeze-This attack is one of the most useful in all of Dragonball. By holding their breath the user can momentarily stop time. This lasts as long as the user can hold their breath. When time is stopped opponents can be attacked mercilessly, however you cannot use Ki attacks at the same time. Only lasts one post. (1,000 ki) Mini Character-You can make many mini clones of yourself to fight the opponent. The clones are not very strong and they only take some time and distract the opponent. (400 ki) Super Ghost Kamikaze-One of Gotenks' unique abilites. This attack creates little ghost like clones of the user. These ghost clones have a mind of heir own, but will listen to their creator. The ghosts will explode on contact with anything. (275 ki) Ki Barrier-This technique involves the user forming a barrier of Ki around them that can withstand anything, as long as the user his Ki to supply to it. (Double the amount of ki as the attack your blocking) Cube Fade-With this technique, you can instantly go anywhere on the battlefield by turning your own body into many cubes, then which changes the dimension instead of time. (500 ki) Anti-Ki Barrier (requires level 10)-Ki attacks can't be used for 10 posts. This affects everyone within the battle/saga. Be careful, because this could get your team mates killed. (2,000 ki) Zeni: $525 Items/Weapons: Scouter:Created by Frieza's scientists. Worn over one eye, they serve as both a basic communication device and a means of reading the power of an opponent. By judging where one stands against their foe, it is possible to more efficiently use one's energy. Because you are able to ration your power more efficiently, you can double the amount of time your class advantage is effective. Cost: $1,000 Saiyan Armor Model 3: Bulma's Model: This is a variation on the above armor that Bulma makes for Goku, Gohan, Vegeta and Future Trunks. They all wear a blue jumpsuit under the armor that covers the whole back from the neck down. The armor is again white with a yellow section, but only covers the chest. The shoulder guards are now nothing but two little straps made of the same yellow material. White gloves and yellow tipped boots are also worn with the outfit. We mostly see this armor worn in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber and considering the time this outfit was worn and how much training was done in them they held up well. When Vegeta wears the armor he decides to keep his blue jumpsuit, white gloves, and boots but uses the chest piece. Raises Vitality and Constitution by 2 levels, Strength by 1 level, speed by 1 level, and dexterity by 1 level. Cost: $3,000 Ki Pistol: A small, concealable weapon that launches semi-weak ki blasts. Capable of firing 50 shots before it must be recharged. Takes 1,000 ki or two days to recharge. Can be dual wielded. Price: $1,000 Katana: A lightweight Japanese sword once used by Samurai. Surprisingly durable, they were once used by Japan's Samurai. It is a good close range weapon, but useless at long range. Can be dual wielded. Cost: $750 Weighted Training Clothes: A special pair of weighted clothing wore by martial artists to make their training more effective. The weight of the clothing adds resistance to movement, promoting extra muscle growth. However, the added weight also slows the wearer down to a noticable degree. Adds 1 extra point to your stamina while worn, but decreases your speed by 1 level. You may only add the extra stamina when wore, so if you take them off mid saga to increase your speed you lose the extra point until they're put back on. Cost: $3,000 Switch-gauntlets (custom)-To any normal person, these may look like a normal set of black gloves. To Katsuo however, they have a strong and meaningful purpose. Within these fingerless gloves are two concealed switchblades, each with the ability to extend and retract themselves at the user's will. They are used mostly in stealth attacks and are best for close-ranged offense. (+1 level to vitality, speed, and dexterity) Enhanced Bio Suit: The newest in high tech, this armour is highly experimental and dangerous. It will boost your stats by 3 levels! Cost: $15,000 (May be worn with other armor). Rebreather: Some nice small piece of equipment that can be put over the mouth. Allows someone to breath space and water. However, you will need to keep up a force field if you don't want any of the other negative environmental effect. Cost: $500 Transformations/Power Ups: Power-Up - Speed Blur: For 3 posts, Dexterity & Agility are multiplied by 3 Level 1: Unlocked at Level 10. Removal of 'joumae' (25% full power)
