Deep in the water within the outskirts of the Village of Rain, a man was fastly falling towards the bottom. He reminenced how he had lived his life, how he raised his students to become great ninja, and how he never was able to recover his long-lost friend Orochimaru. He was not longer able to hold his breath....the water was quickly submitting him....has he lived his life well? Is there nothing left he can do?

Jiraiya, considered to be one of the three greatest ninja, finds himself still alive, coughing up little bits of water while laying on soft damped sand nearby a lake, after his tragic fight against the Six Paths of Pain. Looking around he noticed that a large toad had been laying beside him, croaking happily. Slowely he smiled, remembering that he had summoned a toad earlier inside the depths of the water that miracolously saved him at the last moment. Trying to get up, he felt sharp pain in his left arm...but something was awry; his left arm was still there! Jiraiya slapped himself with his right hand thinking it must be a dream...yet the arm WAS there. He remained stationary wondering why this is happening; why his arm was present instead of destroyed; where he was. Jiraiya let out a sigh as he stood himself up.

Perhaps answer can be found later: what this place is, and what has happened in the world he knew. Suddenly a random thought ran into his mind that forged a huge grin upon Jiraiya's face.....~women~. His face blushing alittle, he let out a slight laugh and started to stride off towards the general south, hoping to stumble upon a nearby village....he can ponder later..... after meeting some girls.
