The ability to get in someone's dreams and manipulate their sleep time, driving them crazy.
The ability to freeze someone for some time. The ability to enlarge/make someone small. Thats what I can think at the moment which may be unique. Hope they help...

For something that powerful though, you'd want some sort of side effect or overall limitation to the ability, otherwise that particular character would be insanely overpowered in comparison to the others. Perhaps for the character that can manipulate time, have it so that he can only maintain an effect for up to 15 seconds (from his perspective) for some of the effects, and maybe 5 seconds tops for the Time Stop effect.

Yeah, make it like like the person can manipulate someone else's dreams, he should be asleep at the same time also. Why not?
You have no idea how a dream can make a person change his course of actions...

My early forum experiences involved a lot of text based rpgs, so I've come to know that for a plausible special ability, some kind of adverse side effect is necessary.

You Should Make a Superhero that eats Haggis, and when he does, he gets Super Hearing, also called Elf Ears, a Flying Surfboard, Called "The Board", Extremely good taste in Fashion, and also Super Strength. I Called him Scotman. I made a whole entire novel about him. I'll Upload it sometime. Oh and his partner, Dom Juan, always gets the ladies that Scotman Rescues. Hope these Ideas Helped Ya!
