Round II: Jiraiya [Eragon] vs. Lust [Beautiful Illusion]

The female's composure had been somewhat ruptured by her previous match. Only the remnants of the wounds she had sustained could be seen, true, though the toll it had taken upon her body had been immense. The true weapon she had used to her advantage was her inability to die - or almost, anyway. There was only one way in which she could be fully destroyed...she highly doubted that any one of the fighters in the competition knew it.

"I wonder...who it will be this time." She murmured to herself, crimson eyes scanning the arena once more - her opponent previously had been a most unexpected creature. It was not human, though she noted the presence of a human master...perhaps...they had not been all that different. She, too, was a being that in spite of taking on human physical attributes, was not necessarily a stereotypical human being. She, too, served a human master, who dictated their plans and motives...and Lust, alongside the other Homunculi, merely carried out their wishes. A resentful existence to most...though a promise to the female. Dante could make her human again, and this was truly what she longed for - to love, to cry...to no longer be a doll. It was an exitence that one could call wretched.

"No matter...the only way forward is to win once again." She sighed, crossing her arms once more below her ample chest, the oruborous tattoo beating rhythmically upon her cleavage. The only other asset that caused males to fall and succumb to her demnds...she was called Lust for a reason, and said reason was made perfectly clear by the way in which she held herself. And it was this that caused a smirk to flit across her face momentarily, before returning to the reality of her situation.

OOC: Considering I'm fighting you, I'll need it xD Same to you, I'm sorry about lateness, you kow why, but...

Whoever had arranged these match-up’s by chance or design seemed to possess an odd sense of humour. On one-side of the ring, with the half-lit look of erotica lingering in her expression, a woman whose name and stance spoke of her nature as clearly as her name, a representation of that most base of all human wants and desires. Lust.

And her competition?
A man who revelled in his well-earned reputation as a ‘super-pervert’ who currently sat cross-legged, with his back to her, and eyes wrenched tightly shut. His mouth rambled frantically, in what may have been mistaken for some form of battle chant; upon closer inspection, he seemed to be alternatively praying to and cursing every god he had ever heard of.
Praying for a miracle?

‘Please be sexy, please be sexy, please be sexy….’
The thought bounced inside the old man’s like a rubber ball, his expression of intense focus and prayer showing he really meant it; the last match, of fighting a woman like Claire, had almost shattered his faith in female fighters; to be forced to meet another one of that sort could, probably, kill him.

He slammed his hands on the tiles, and his eyes snapped open, menacingly glaring at the crowd in front of him. A buzz poured through the stadium, almost as tangible as lightning, as he forced himself to his feet, wiping dust from his ornate attire, and clicking crimson sandals against the ground for the same purpose. His mane of hair, kept in check by a head plate with a kanji beaten into it, swayed in the wind, as he slowly turned his body, craning his neck to see over his shoulder.

Jiraiya froze.
His eyes shrunk to nothing. Blood fell from his nose to stain the tiles. A faintly bewildered sound escaped his lungs.
And then…

“OH YEAH!!”
He exploded with apparent ecstasy, bouncing back and striking two thumbs up, pupil-less eyes running over her black dress, most likely mentally undressing her- amongst other things.
“Now that’s what I’m talking about!” he declared in a deep tone that matched her name.

“Baby you got this match in the bag, ‘cause you can beat me all you want, hehe…”

OOC ~ Thanks ^_^ and tch. I'm one of the slowest RP posters around, you have nothing to be worried about. xD...seriously, and the lateness, I do know why, and it's fine by me =)

The female's small jaw opened slightly, as her crimson eyes fell upon her opponent. She was not stupid - the nosebleed...well, being faced against a pervert was certainly something different to a creature she could not even name, at any rate. She would be sure to be polite - even curt - the female had never classified herself a stranger to male sexual behaviour; her name would not permit it.

"You appear to be pleased..." She smirked, as she moved forwards, black heels clicking against the arena flooring. She did not need to ask what he was so pleased about - her ample chest and liberal curves, as well as curls of ebondy hair answered it for her. One thing was for sure - she would not be stuck for ideas in a worst-case scenario, this time. her nails had taken quite the amount of damage already...then again, so had the rest of her body.

"Is it common for men such as you to make such comments?" She questioned, though a smirk still lingered upon her otherwise cold lips. Her eyes scanned the male...she was unsure of his age, but aside from this, was reading his body language. How...typical of those who crossed her path, without knowing the real reasons for her existence of course. Most of them were male - and most of them also didn't realise that she was designed to be a cunning, and sometimes lethal weapon. The lustful appearance, and tone...was all a facade.

"However, I'm sure you'll enjoy battling just as much?" Lust's eyes scanned her opponent once more, before her fist rose before her face. Her delicate fingers were outstretched, as the female's nails grew...that was probably one vanity trick Jiraiya had not been expecting.

"Guys like me?"
The category, naturally, ws indisputable; clearly, the bemused seeming woman had labelled him as a pervert, which he obviously was. However... he still seemed almost amused by it, stroking his chin with his palm as a broad grin spread the red markings from his eyes to his jaw further apart, a deep chuckle tinging his laughter.

"Hehe... you seem to be under-estimaing me..." he mused, almost disappointedly, gazing towards the ground with eyes concealed behind losed lids. "I'm not just yor run of the mill pervert," he added, in the tone of a teacher reprimanding a foolish pupil, totally oblivious to the supernatural creatures nails that shot towards him. The sky around him seemed to darken and almost cling to him in a sickly manner.

"I am..."
A pair of crystal eyes, resonating wih the sin that was his opponents name snapped open; a bolt of lightning seemed to flicker by his face, which was unnaturally lit from above.
"A super pervert!"

Once more, that broad grin, showing every tooth in his moth glinted in the midday sun, almost basking in the hermits percieved radiance of the homunculi. However, just as his previous expression of fear and anxiety had, bluntly, vanished at the sight of her tits, the lances from which she drew her nickname had a similar effect, his excitement replaced by shock. Ceasing only to blink in surprise, he suddenly thrashed his leg against the floor and threw himself to he side, avoiding a debilitating injury at he expense of the slice Lust caused, tearing hrough the skin of his upper shoulder, and blood staiing his clohes. Not a major wound, by any accounts-barely more than a scratch, for a ninja who had survived as many years as he- but the speed of it, the fact she had managed to catch him off-gaurd, that she had even managed to scratch him alone...

'So, I can't joke aound with her huh?' he grinned broadly, his hands a blur as they formed a handsign; suddenly, his hair seemed to lengthn and expand, filled with chakra, until it lay, strewn across the floor. With hat cocky, almost arrogant grin he had worn since the fights initiation, he landed neatly as something even more absurd than his hairs remarkable growh began to occur.

It twitched.
Then moved.
Then, without warning, rocketed towards the female with, in theory, the strength to force a ring out if it onnected, the toad-warrior seeming interested i more than her body for once, as he rubbed a hand against the wound, smearing it with blood.

"Heh heh... I thought you'd be into that kinda thing," he winked casually. "I'll end this match quickly, I'd hate to hurt inspiration ike yourself."

Agh... don't make me decide! Each of you constructed posts brilliantly and general description and technique was excellent. Feck it I'm flipping a coin haha. Era = heads, BI = tails. 2 out of 3

Tough call. Both were in character and both had good quality posts but I think my vote goes to Eragon. Like Inuyasha said, the way he's posting now, he may take the tournament.

Hmm.

Whilst the quality was about equal, and Eragon's posts were a little longer, BI's posts completely void of typoes and grammar errors. And while Eragon's first post had none as well, I spotted quite a few in the second, which annoyed me.

Eragon's RPing style also bugged me, slightly. While I'm all in for textwalls and context development during a fight, Eragon's posts were big while... nothing happened in them. Sure, comedy with Jiraya is essential, but I think it's a little overdone here, and left no room for actual battling.

Also, since the Pain vs Jiraya phailure, I hate hair-related jutsu like there's no tomorrow.

In short, BI's posts were more compact and overall better-written, so my vote goes to her.

I think I'll have to go with Null and JAIF on this one. You two both did a great job (no matter how much you say you suck, Eragon XD), but BI's posts were better. Granted you wrote a lot more Eragon, it wasn't exactly filled with much besides talking. I didn't really see any action until at the very end while the rest of your post is mostly talking or thinking. Granted that may have changed if there were a few more posts (and your spelling might've become better), I can only base it on these four posts.

Sorry Eragon, but BI gets my vote. (Was hoping I didn't have to choose incase someone thought I was bein' biased)
