I had to reinstall it and everything. I was too lazy to do it earlier in the week, but got it done last night and whipped that up.

It was actually a toss up between that and a Goku one, but Goku just wasn't looking right.

Yeah, just couldn't get the background to work with it, or find an effect to toss between his hands.

I like that tag dude. Brush the background or smudge to get some decent effects or use renders to get some depth into the background. I say create a light/beam coming from Goku's hands and and have lightning surround his body. For the background, I wouldn't be sure what to try, just experiment.
