Oh, Eliwood. It's the outline of the hand but in different colors and then rotated to give it "moving" effect. Thus the words?

exactly Ranny!!! Well put... it was an exercise in one of my photoshop classes to emulate the art of Bradbury Thompson.. he only worked in CMYK.
here is an example of Thompsons work -

you guys might enjoy this... It was the first 2 page spread Ad I made for a fake skate company I created. I did this back in the day when I first learned illustrator so my pen tool skills where weak! But I still like it enough to show it.
