Ok, I'll be completely honest. The userbar is bad. First, the size is way bigger than normal userbars. Second, the stock looks badly cut. The font could be better and the scanlines should be different.

The Goku sig is too small and misses most of the elements for a decent sig; I won't go there.

I threw them together in a ridiculously short amount of time just to see if I could. So lets scream it to the world:

Try not to make your signatures too small. You want to have enough room to showcase what you can do in your given program. However, don't make it too large (like some of your earlier tags), as you will have more space than you know what to do with.
