Fucking caffeine!

Yeah, I LOVE Red Bull energy drink! I drink it like 5 or 6 times a week… almost daily. Shit contains a lot of caffeine from what I hear. At first I didn’t mind it much since I heard so does coffee and tea and Cola but I was shocked to find out today that caffeine was the cause of all these symptoms I have!
-Constant mind fog and confusion.
-Not-full sense of reality.
-Feeling constantly tired or as if I have a flu.
-Having occasional headaches.
-Temporary inability to perform simple calculations.
-Anxiety.
Of course I don't have ALL of the symptoms at the same time, but fuck this shit! And what's the worst I cannot fucking leave it. When I come tired from some place I always get a can of Redbull... hell it has became a habit now after like 4 months. I don't really drink it cause of the 'energy', more of the taste which is excellent. I'm considering to do my best to leave it and see if the symptoms disappear.

@Kei: I heard Mountain Dew isn't available anywhere outside US and maybe UK. =/
@Crayne: You aren't missing much, really. I used to drink Redbull very rarely, usually before a long road or when I wanted to stay up all night. Apart from that it doesn't do much. Now, I drink it daily... fuck, it's like I'm totally loosing the "clarity of the mind." But I decided I'll stop drinking anything except water for a whole week to see if there's any change. |

You can get Mountain Dew in certain shops here. But, its not widely available.

I saw Gatorade the other day, first time in my life, I bought it. It was alright, don't see why American's fap furiously over it. Unlike Oreos.

I prefer Powerade. It's a lot more sweeter than Gatorade in my opinion.

Red Bull tastes like sugar piss.
Don't drink that shit, you know if you drink too much in one sitting you can have heart problems right? I dunno what the long term effects are but mixing it with Alcohol can kill you. Also it has a bunch of shit chemicals in it. It's the same as monster, just smaller. It's like the shit little kids use to pretend to get drunk. They just get super jittery. |

Nah, I never drink more than a can a day and it's usually after a long, tiresome day.
I heard it tastes good to mix it with vodka but I haven't tried... hell, I haven't tried mixing it with ANY alcohol drink in first place. Anyway, I'll stop drinking it for a while to see if anything changes. |

It in my corner shop, and it taste like...watered down locozade, with spoonfuls of sugar. UG find some Lucozade and get that down your neck....
