The fucked up thing called humanity
Posted 05-02-2008 at 12:53 AM by SaiyajinPerfection
Simply a rant about how humanity is fucked up:
Technology is not only our greatest strength, but it is also our greatest weakness. People simply can't stand it to go a single day without electricity. Cell phones, cameras, cars, game systems, television, ect. My psychotic rampage urge kicks in when I see GPS systems inside cars, apparently humanity has become so blinded by luxary that no one has the ability to have a sense of direction or even read road signs anymore. As a result, they need some robotic voice to tell them where to go.
Class notes have been replaced by text messeging.
Laws and policies are now the degree needed for lighting fires amongst other things. Apparently, simply handing over thirty dollars for a piece of paper stating that its a fire permit automatically makes you an expert on the matter. "Congrats, you are now an expert on lighting fires because you simply handed over thirty dollars to some bug-eyed clerk who's sitting in some windowless shop getting paid $9.75 an hour."
People now are dumber then they've ever been, so we might as well be in the fuckin stone ages. Even with maps and GPS systems, about thrity percent of the US can't even find Iraq on a map. About twenty percent don't even know where the fuckin Pacific Ocean is.
Education is not limited to your area, it is limited to the people that live in that era. Buy a world map so that you can figure out where the Pacific is, ya fuck.
The drug activity in the US is directly caused by the cops. Any unusual activity after dark is immediately attended to by the police. Say you're bored one night and you are walking in the park simply to walk in the park. If a cop sees you, the cops often stop to bother you with pointless questions and requests to leave the area. Fuck you, I don't want to be bothered, so I'm walking aimlessly around a park. Is that so wrong? No wonder people sit inside their houses and do drugs, there's nothing that you can do outside after dark that will seem like "normal behavior" to police officers. If you work third shift as I do, you see the full extent of this annoying behavior by cops.

You, me, and Empathy should go hitchhiking sometime. Srsly. Ditch your commercial technobabble fed to you by the government and I'll show you the joys of walking till you want to sleep.

What's wrong with answering an officer's questions once, and then walking where you please?

The fuzz never believes your answer. They watch you, till you walk somewhere else, then another fuzz asks you the same question.
Thus it is an unrelenting process till you go into your house and snort a line of coke. |

Don't get me started about how fucked up humanity is. You've only scratched the tip of a gigantic iceberg.
Did you hear about the guy who got cited for collecting the the rain that fell on his roof, because the city claimed they owned the rainwater? On the education side, did you know that a big chunk of what we learn in high school history is either an outright lie or a serious distortion of the truth? The police are out of control. I just heard about a 10 yr old kid who got tasered the other day. |

It's a part of human nature, as is doubt, obsession, and fear, however trite that may sound. Yes, technology has become ingrained in our society, but we couldn't be on this message board without the Internet or a computer. Some things are just "naturally" repetitious, and you have to take into account the placements of humanity and this planet by technical definition.
For unusual or jarring, violent activity to occur is, too, a part of human nature. Many have degenerated into thinking about profanity, violence, and sex, with no room for healthy thoughts (what with fear upon the body being placed). Ultimately, it's just a cycle that's inherent in all things that cling to life - attacking others in order to defend an inferiority complex, thus proving supposed superiority in some way. Though I wouldn't say it's something to relinquish or deal out in such judgment. Such conundrums are pierced through calmer contemplation amidst all of this chaos of sorts. |
