Majin Vegeta. Also, Deidara was too prissy and talkative to be that badass. If you want a real badass, go for somebody who doesn't speak at all. Hatchyack or whatever its name is from the DBZ Playdia special is a splendid example of this.

I'll give the Chakra Test. In Naruto they held a piece of paper and flowed Chakra into it. Depending on the reaction of the paper, it judged the element of their chakra.

Never seen Hatchyak.

Also, while Majin Vegeta's explosion was quite winful, Deidara's was greater as, on the scale of the Naruto Universe, there was nothing like it. Nothing even close. Heck, it would do a number on the Kyuubi, itself if it hit. Not to mention his epic last speech. Ending his life as the quintessence of his vision of art. Vegeta can't match that.

Massive explosions are extremely generic and worthless in DBZ. Majin Vegeta's suicide was rather lackluster, considering its size in comparison to other explosions in the series. On the other hand, Deidara raised the word "boom" to a whole new level in the Narutoverse, and his dying words were indeed epic.

Deidara has my respect, but I still think Itachi is untouched in badassery. Just look at his fucking techniques. Just look at his fucking throne. Fuck, just look at him.
