Seriously, though. Even if we consider the human plane to be Earth, Vegeta was able to power up to full power without destroying Earth. Hiei, at the end of Yu Yu Hakusho, would not be able to do that, he'd be too strong.

Because he can control his power, that's why. Going by that logic SSJ Vegeto would be weaker than Vegeta because he didn't destroy the earth by powering up.

But Vegeta didn't destroy the Earth by powering either...

I'll make it clear. They can control their power in order to not destroy the earth. Exemple:

Cell charges up a Kamehameha powerful to wipe out the solar system

Vegeto powers up to SSJ but doesn't destroy anything arounds him.

Does that mean Cell can make a Kamehameha stronger than SSJ Vegeto?? No, it just means when they power up it isn't meant to be a destructive force that'll wipe out everything. Vegeto could destroy the earth if he wanted, but he doesn't want to, so he doesn't do it because he can control his Ki.

Sensui could destroy everything in the Human Dimension of existance. Hiei was equal to or stronger than Sensui in the end.

What is the human dimension? It's certainly not the universe. Because I heard people said it was the human REALM, not dimension. Because the human dimension would be the universe humans live in while the human realm would be the world where humans live in. It's different.

Realm is not merely a planet. It is an entire plane of exicstance. AKA dimension.

The humans resided in the human realm, not the human planet. Otherwise they woulda just called it Earth.

I would think you meant everything, obviously as I am convinced that the Human Realm=Universe. Again, if it was just the planet, they woulda said Earth.
