Before Sasuke started getting powered up, therefore, due to Hinata's membership of the sqaud, Team 8 takes the win.

Well it'll probably end of being

Sasuke vs. Shino: Sasuke the victor though tired.

Naruto vs. Kiba: Naruto the victor more tired than Sasuke.

Sakura vs. Hinata: Hinata the victory probably as tired as Sasuke.

So it'll end up a tired Sasuke & Naruto vs. a tired Hinata.

So Team 7.

Though at that point Sakura was pretty useless, so you could say that it's 2 vs 3

I disagree. A team's real power comes from being able to work together in a fight, splitting them up individually wouldn't work right. Naruto's team hasn't been shown to work all that well together. Shino's team, under his leadership, would probably do a better job. I give to Team 8

A Jyuuken to the face and Sakura's out, leaving Shino and Hinata to work on Sasuke while Naruto fights pretty evenly with Kiba. Sasuke would eventually succumb at that point, which would leave Shino and Hinata, who by this point are tired versus Naruto who will have been worn out on Kiba. From that point, nearly every scenario ends in the K.O. of Naruto.

Well, the order goes like this: Sasuke > Shino > Naruto > Kiba > Hinata > Sakura. However, it's not like a fight involving Sakura would last long, or Kiba could be left unattended without inflicting major damage. In the chaos, I think Shino would be able to overpower them and emerge victorious.
