As you probably can see, Uchiha Madara still has the same hair style that he had when he fought Senju Hashirama. So obviously he've gotten a haircut, since then.

This does not, I repeat, does not necessarily mean that Madara has his own body. Let me explain why.

As we know Madara said that Kyuubi attacking Konoha was a natural disaster.



But Jiryia was positive that Kyuubi had been summoned by Madara.



And some have readily suspected Madara for lying (to some extent.)

So what exactly has the summoning of Kyuubi, when Uzumaki Naruto was born, has to do with Uchiha Madara?
Everything.

Think about it. Obito died not long before Yondaime did. This can be proven with the databook. Hatake Kakashi's age, and date of becomming a jounin, was the same day he was given his left Sharingan (present.) And the same day Obito died.
Kakashi became a jounin at the age of 14.
Kakashi is currently 30 years old (Part 2.)

So Madara attack not long after Obito died. So chances are that Madara attacked the village (he hated Konoha, both the Uchiha that betrayed him and the Senju that killed him.)

Now, this was 6 years before the Uchiha clan was eradicated. That was when he spoke to Itachi. Under 6 years of exile, don't you think it's possible that his hair has grown?
Besides. He still has one hole (for the same eye) in the mask.

we know obito died before the attack on konoha since yondaime was still alive in the kakashi gaiden..
the mask part doesnt make sense...
i mean, come ooon, why not just transplant a normal eyes :/

What I meant was, this could be one of Kishimoto's attempt, since so many is realising the connection between Tobi and Madara, to suprise the reader.

About the eye-transplant. He would need someone to do it for him, Rin helped Kakashi for instance. And maybe he had a plan to retrieve a better body, as long as he could use the Sharingan it's fine.

Rin was a medical nin, kakashi didnt learn/copy any medical jutsu... madara probably has, i mean he is a highly skilled ninja plus he has fought in the war.... he should be able to transplant an eye....
if he finds a sharingan he could just replace it.

why would madara switch his body in the first place?? his body was TOO messed up after the shodai madara showdown?? that would make kishi repeat himself... and he better not

No, my theory is not flawed. Since Madara hasn't shown any medical jutsus on panel, nor stated that he could preform such.
He would switch body because his worried soul couldn't find rest (the first one was dead.) That's probably how Nagato gained his Rin'negan aswell.

He needs to have released Kyuubi. Because if he hasn't he could've been revived at any time, he might even not've died.
