So what, is there supposed to be in some kinda order or is it just random strong people?

This was wrong within a few seconds of me reading it.
Haku is not stronger than Kakashi, and neither is "SBM" Naruto. Kakashi could rape them both with his eyelashes.
On top of that, there are some names that you put twice in different parts of the list (within the same arc of the series for each ranking; for instance, you listed Baki twice in I think it was the "Invasion of Konoha" list).

The strongest Ninjas in Naruto are Itachi, Sasori, and Yondaime. I doubt Yondaime could stand up to Sasori's "one-second-instant-kill" poison or Itachi's "rape-you-in-the-brain" Tsukuyomi, so that bumps him down to 3rd strongest. Between Itachi and Sasori, it's really damn close. In fact, since one scratch is all it would take to kill Itachi with the poison, I'm tempted to say that Sasori takes 1st place. But taking into account the Amaterasu and all of Itachi's Katon techniques, and the fact that Sasori is a puppet that fights with puppets, Sasori's a walking bonfire. Between Itachi and Sasori, I'm calling it a tie.

Yeah, list isnt accurate, and is kinda pointless...
And also... Sasori, wtf. Yeah, his poison is so kick-ass until even Sakura makes an antidote making it oh-so-useless >_> He was defeated by Sakura and an old hag... also dont try and say something like 2v1, seeing as the number of puppets he controls puts him as the one with an advantage.

Well, at least you separate who's the strongest characters in each arc instead putting them all together. Anyway, Sakura should be above Sai since she did receive training from Tsunade. Yamato should be above Kabuto because of his mokuton jutsus. And you forget to place Jiraiya and Ebisu under the "Chuunin Exam (Phase 2, Phase 3 Premilinaries and Afterwards).

Kakuzu should be above Hidan. Kakuzu shows more speed and strength than Hidan, who said himself that he's the slowest out of everyone in the Akatsuki.

Hidan is a weakling. There's no way he should be place about Asuma. Even if he's in that grim reper form, he's still at the same level as he is when he's normal. The only impressing thing that Hidan has over Asuma is immortality. If he didn't have that, he would been dead already.
