Jiraiya, Tsunade, Orochimaru vs. Pein, Itachi, Madara

Conditions:

Jiraiya is in Hermit Mode.
Orochimaru is in his Hydra form and has Edo Tensei'd the First and 3rd.
Tsunade has summoned her slug boss.

Itachi has Susano-o out but can only keep it out for 1 minute before having to turn it off. He can use all jutsu while Susano-o is out. Limit 3 MS jutsu, not including Susano-o
Pein has all 6 bodies out with his chameleon and multi-headed dog already summoned.
Madara is able to perform all of Itachi's jutsu, save for Susano-o, plus what he's shown. Limit 3 MS jutsu.

The Sharingan is able to copy jutsu in this bout and use them as well, but of course, only jutsu they could logically copy.

The Edo Tensei'd Kages show as much proportionate skill as the ones used on Sarutobi...which wasn't full-power, obviously. They are in the same state that Orochimaru put them in when he took the 1st's and 2nd's will away.

Location:

On the water in the wave country next to the Great Naruto Bridge. The bridge is accessible to the fighters for use as well.

Knowledge:

The knowledge each character knows about the other follows the lines of what the manga characters know about each other, fights included, even if they died in that fight. The knowledge is what all of the characters have of each other through experience:

Orochimaru knows the little he knows of Susano-o and Itachi's Genjutsu.

Jiraiya knows about the bodies that he saw Pein use...at least what they've shown.

Tsunade knows nothing.

Itachi knows Orochimaru, of course. He also knows about Jiraiya's shown techniques on him.

Madara knows as much about Orochimaru as Itachi knows, seeing as he led the organization Orochimaru was in from the start.

Pein knows all about Jiraiya that he knew about him from the past and their last fight(HM, Frog Song, Cho Oodama Rasengan, etc.).

Ok so Itachi and Madara by themselves would win. Why add Pein?

Ya, this would just be over kill.
Pein easily defeats Jiraya.
Madara owns Orochimaru
Itachi beats Tsunade, easily.
The Sannin do not stand a chance against the 3 strongest member of the Akatsuki.
This just over kill, Madara could probobly do it all by himself.

Good Job on the effort, DS. However, the actual match-up lacks...ambiguity. It would be pure overkill, in the Akatsuki team's favor.
