I don't think so. But the 3 Tails never had a host, so thats a mistake on Kishi's part.

Yeah, I'm also confused about the supposed Sanbi Jinchuuriki. Maybe he had the Sanbi in him, but lost it or died or something? Maybe the Sanbi had a Jinchuuriki at one point, but was somehow freed...
