So Naruto's training in secret and has entered Sage mode... Pain is ruining shit... and the Cloud ninja are comin' around to Sasuke.

Also, we learn something new about Sage mode. Apparently, there's a difference between Sage mode features and purely senjutsu frog-features. When using sage chakra unmastered, you start to turn into a frog, but apparently, the frog-face is standard with Sage mode. He's not turning into a frog anymore.

King Itachi cannot be beaten in the game of Genjutsu. Can't happen. He is the ultimate Genjutsu master. You think Pain's shitty Chuunin-level, C-Rank Saimingan no Genjutsu can even make Itachi break a sweat? Fuck no. He would break that shit with a counter-Genjutsu @ 300km/h.

Especially since, with Sharingan, Itachi would know right away that they are affected by a Genjutsu. He holds the advantage. IT'S OVER HE WON.

Its over Pain won, 1 because bodies aren't in a Genjutsu and 2 the Rin'negan was stated to be superior to the Sharingan twice in the manga and once in the databook.

That doesn't make him stronger. Two-tomoe Sharingan >> No "gan" at all but that didn't stop Rock Lee from pwning Sasuke. And didn't Madara talk to Pein as though Pein served him or something? Giving commands and what not?

Madara only has Sharingan.

Itachi's genjutsu is unmatched as of yet. Pein might be the one to surpass it. (though, I highly doubt that.)

But the thing that makes me wonder about this Pein dude is why he talked to Madara as though he were his underling, at all. Isn't he supposed to be "the destined child"?

Fil'lergan is just a tool. Itachi has the skills.

And Fil'lergan has not been proven to be better than Mangekyou Sharingan, also; it's still only better than the basic three Doujutsu.

I meant the guy who surpassed Itachi in Genjutsu, that guy was Sasuke Uchiha.

Nothing said the bodies are controlled by Genjutsu and the Mangekyou Sharingan falls under Sharingan.

You're jumping to conclusions with the "surpassed Itachi in Genjutsu" bit. His Genjutsu is much weaker. His Sharingan was just too powerful for most all genjutsu to affect it at that point. Same would go for Itachi. Though, Sasuke's eyes may even have surpassed Itachi's eyes already. Either way, at their level, genjutsu was deemed worthless.

And Pain has more skills.

Mangekyou Sharingan doesn't have any more inherent power than the regular sharingan, it just allows new techniques that happen to be more powerful.

I'm glad Naruto has finally master transforming into his Sage Mode. Now that he's able to do so, Fukasaku will be teaching him some those Hermit style techniques that Jiraiya used against Pain. He also needs to finish completing his FRS. I think that's what he was practicing by himself while Fukasaku was sleeping. I'm also glad that Pain finally reach Konoha. His arrival should really make things interesting in the next few chapters.

I don't think it is going to be enough to defeat Sasuke. The Sage Mode just made him equal to Sasuke, in my point of view. And without the Kyuubi help and Sasuke getting Magenkyou Sharingan, I see Sasuke still winning this.
