Ultimate Ninja Storm
I made a topic about it way back, when the Naruto PS3 project was revealed to be newest installment in the Narutimate Hero/Accel/Ultimate Ninja series.
So far, it's looking extremely epic. For some reason, despite being developed by a Japanese company, the same one responsible for the rest of the series, the game is apparantly being released in North America before Japan. Normally I import, but this time, they've been smart enough to include language option in the English release. The second video deals with the gameplay particularly in depth. The Orochimaru/Manda boss battle outdid it for me, however. So, needless to say, having enjoyed some of the other games greatly, I'm sufficiently blown away. Orochimaru/Manda vs. Tsunade/Katsuya and Jiraiya/Gamabunta: YouTube - Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm: Sannin Boss Fight (HD) (9/3) And no, this game does not include Part II/Shippuden characters. It goes up to the end of the Sasuke Retrieval arc.

I'd played the demo and it is fun.
I dunno if I'll get it since I tired of UN3 pretty quickly. I'll probably rent it first, and if I deem it good enough I'll buy it.

I'll probably buy it.. My PS3 library is... pitiful. Plus I've never played a Naruto game.

I've downloaded the demo, since I got a PS3 a few days ago. There's no tutorial or practice mode, so you have to figure it out while fighting. Watch the ANBU Primer video before playing, I'd suggest.
Also, some of my links should be to deleted videos, so I'll work on replacing those.

Bought it today. It's my first Naruto game so its decent imo. I finished about half the missions in 4 or so hours (pretty much on holz, hehe). Key issues I have are:
1. Very, very repetitive. You have to consistently collect scrolls after every mission. Additionally, some of the non-storyline missions are pure garbage, such as walking however many steps, and smashing however many things. 2. Biggest qualm... NO WAVE FUCKING ARC!!1!. No Zabuza, no Haku. I was like wtf? Seriously, ditch some of the lame ass konoha 12 (ten ten, ino, hinata, perhaps chouji and shino too) and throw a few decent characters in. Asuma, Kurenai and the Sound 4 are also absent. Overall, I'd say its good. The mix of rpg, and beat em up brawler is refreshing considering the only manga games I've played previously are db related.
