So I guess its possible for Tsunade's full name to be Senju Tsunade.

Anyways the spoiler seems fake and meh to me.

Yes, Nidaime was Hashirama's brother. Its a shame too. All of the Hokage have some connection that makes them important but all Nidaime has is brother status. And a filler weapon.

Doubtful; only two generations separating them, and Tsunade is an extremely knowledgeable medic-nin. Adoption is possible, but I think she said something during her fight with Orochimaru about Shodai's blood "flowing through her" or something.

Well she might only have like 1/4 of Shodai's blood so then she probaly wouldn't be able to use it.

Shodai's brother didn't use it, as far as we've seen. He used Water Jutsu. The fact that Orochimaru had to do Gene Splicing from Shodai's body to make Yamato have the ability suggestes that it might have been something only Shodai/certain Senju could do.

Was it stated Nidaime was.. biologically his brother? I've always thought that it was... like blood brothers or something like that, but that they weren't... brothers by blood. Not really much to back that up on though, aside from the lack of Mokuton-usage by him and the fact that I always thought his uniform(the fur etc) looked different from other konoha ninja.

Sasuke may have only 1/4 of his grandfathers blood but he can use Sharingan...

It is said he created the village with his unique Mokuton abilities and for that was granted the title of First Hokage. I'm assuming that the Mokuton was only exclusive to Hashirama at the time...

Most ninja have a natural affinity to only one type of chakra. The Mokuton combines earth and water-based chakra to create wood. It's likely the Senju Clan were affined to these two types. However, the First might've been unique enough, to wield both chakras effectively and had a natural affinity to both types and not just one. Meaning he was a master at both, and his skills and feats speak for itself. Most likely his brother, the Second Hokage, just had mastery over water jutsu and not earth, which would explain why he doesn't use Mokuton.

So basically, I'd say The First was just a unique individual that had the potential ability to master both elemental styles. Stuff like this depends more on luck than hereditariness, Tsunade just wasn't lucky enough to be gifted with it, IMO.
