So the only thing I'm really disappointed in from this chapter is Danzou looking less evil then before but I still wouldn't rule out a coup d'etat.

I never actually thought how anyone could suspect him for being Toubi. The hair is significant for all manga characters (that's why they usually don't get hair cuts.) And Danzou had quite messed up hair when compared to Toubi.
Toubi's hair is close to identical to Utibo's though. If the body Madara is using is anyone that have been shown on panel, then it's most likely Ubito's.

I mean think about it. Ubito "died" when Yondaime was still alive. Why would Madara be sitting on his butt for 40 years before releaing Kyuubi upon Konoha to get revenge?

And it isn't stated that any of the Hokage knew of the mission, just the two elders and Danzou.

Is this all based on the theory that the Uchiha clan was secretly evil?
