Akatsuki leader theories.

Well who do we think he is?
In my opinion, i know it is strange but i reakon it's Obito. Yep Obito, Uchiha Obito.
I know how it ended, he gave his eye to Kakashi and he got crushed by rocks and such.
BUT i think seeing as the Kakashi Gaiden arc was during war, and at the end when Kakashi, Rin and Yondaime went back to the area where Obito was. The entire rock area had collapsed and washed away on the river. So i think Obito was washed down stream and found by some Hidden Rock Ninja's. And they saw that he was apart of the Hidden Leaf. So they cured him with a Medical Ninjutsu user and interrogated him. Then he escaped some how and the rest is a blur. And remember Itachi said if he includes Sasuke that will make 3 people that can use the Mangekyou Sharingan. So meaning someone else has got it already. It could be Kakashi, seeing as he has the ability to open up the Mangekyou Sharingan but i doubt it. And Rin was Obito's best friend and even lover so if Obito killed her he would gain it.
I'm a big picture guy, not a detail guy.

We can see that the Akatsuki leader kind of looks like he has Sharingan eyes, if you compare his eyes to Itachi's eyes when their in their lair, they look similar. But Obito lost one eye so that is sort of awkward.

It could be Yondaime, but we know he died at the start but was it all a fool's joke!?
It could be Shino's dad! Same hair and he's a mysterious guy....doubt it big time mind you

What a surprise if it was.
What about Mizuki?? He had 1 chapter of fame and got locked away in prison. Maybe he was immensly training and was the leader all this time!

Who knows!

Yeah, yondaime seems to be a likely one, as well as obito... it wouldnt surprise me if both of them were in the group. I think i remember seeing one of the akatsuki with only one eye... so its quite possible.

It will have to be someone from teh past, whether theyve been introduced or not, it will most likely be a past charater. Someone that has been dealt with before and believed to be dead. Just introducing some new random all mighty person just doenst seem right... so far all of the akatsuki have a history... and im guessing the leader will have one o fhte biggst pasts of all.

I think the leader is Kakashis Dad. He was known to have commited suicide or something like that. That would be something easy to fake. And since Kakashi didnt really know his father that well when he was young he wouldent have learned his true power from him. Also this would explain why he's one of the strongest ninjas already and why he has the talent to know over 1000 jutsus. And his father would mostlikely be a ton stronger then him.

This is what alot of people have been thining on other forums I go to.

Okay, no F'ing way. Obito is DEAD, get over it. One of his eyes got crushed under the boulders, and the other he gave to Kakashi. Even if he survived by the will of Christ himself, Obito would be blind. There's no way. Plus they don't look anything alike.

Yondaime......yeah, I used to think that too. But there are too many differences in the hair.

BTW, the one-eyed member was Deidara. His hair covers one of his eyes, and they were in the dark so it looked like he only had one.

And Kakashi's dad?! Please, drugs are bad for you.

But God damn, OBITO?!?!?! That makes no sense at all and you KNOW it's impossible! I heard a theory once that said he was the Akatsuki leader, but as a cyborg. Yeah, I know: "WTF".

You might as well say that the Akatsuki leader is Konohamaru...

The Akatsuki leader is an unknown character. Come on, am I the only one to consider this option?! He is unknown. Deal with it. Stop trying to guess who he his because you don't know. He will be revealed when Kishimoto feals it's necessary. Until then, HE IS NOT OBITO OR YONDAIME OR KAKASHI'S DAD.

Chill out. We are discussing THEORIES. Read it, THEORIES. I just simply put together some facts that i thought would work. I know the chances of Obito are very slim, and very slim i do mean. So chill out okay.

I consider that he can be an unknown character, but THEORIES can be done.
And Diedara is a female.

It is definitely an unknown character. It has to be. If it was Obito or Kakashi's dad or what have you, I would lose all respect for Naruto.

but I still stand by my theory on Yondaime. he would make such an interesting enemy and his appearance would settle a lots of unanswered questions.

yeah i know what a theory is. But then some people do completely impossible theories after they have only read about 50 chapters saying who they think they 5th hokage is gonna be. Then people make some really out there crap like obito is a cyborg and honestly expect to be taken seriously. It just pisses me off when people believe in things that aren't true.
