Yeah. Itachi will be awestruck. Sasuke barely, and using the Curse Seal, managed to do something Itachi could do 7 years ago with ridiculous ease. I bet Itachi will be wetting his pants now.

WTF was up with Suigetsu's arm after he chopped down the door?

Anyway, hopefully, Kishimoto's way of compensating for the late retardation of his series seems to involve Sasuke gathering a bunch of really strong shinobi and tackling Akatsuki head-on. The way I see it, he'll have Karin and Juugo deal with Deidara and Tobi, and Suigetsu and Sasuke himself will fight Kisame and Itachi respectively.
BTW, am I the only one who thinks Karin kind of seems like Ebisu? I mean, Suigetsu leaves, and she pervs-out with Sasuke. Then, when Suigetsu comes back, he says they should just leave without her, Sasuke says she changed her mind, and Karin, doing that Ebisu-ish "glasses-poking" thing blushes and says that she never said that. I dunno. Maybe it's just the way she adjusted her glasses, a gesture which Ebisu does when embarrassed.
And WTF is with Juugo?! I think Kishimoto has become sexually confused. I mean, Juugo's sitting in a dark cell, muttering to himself about whether girls or guys are better. o.O; That, plus Konohamaru's nightmare-inducing new Jutsu make me wonder about Kishimoto...

I guess Suigetsu ability is making his arm grow stronger or something. Karin does act like the pervy Ebisu but her hair looks like Sasuke's >_>. Juugo is confused like that cause Kishimoto is going through some personal issues that we should respect.

That would be funny if the people of the Sound recognized Sasuke as the Nidaime Otokage or at least the leader of the sound. That would make two of Naruto's rivals becoming kages before he did.

I'm pretty sure that the Sound doesn't have kage. If I remember correctly, only the five major hidden ninja villages that recognize each other as such have kage. There are more than just those villages, of course, but they don't have kage, since they aren't officially recognized by all of the major villages as a sovereign village. Otokage is just a term made up by fans since Orochimaru is (was?) a kage level ninja in control of his own village. This info is mostly Wikipedia based though, so it may not be completely accurate, but I am sure that there are no kage outside of the five major hidden villages.
This chapter wasn't as bad as I had anticipated, mostly because I'm now curious about Sasuke's plan. Karin looks like some college kid you'd see at Starbucks. One more dude to pick up, and then maybe we can see what the crap is about to happen. Two weeks more, I'd say. The waiting really sucks. I relish the days when I just started and I never had to wait when something big happened. All of the trivial things were alot less annoying when I knew that more good stuff was waiting for me as fast as I could read to it. Back to One Piece, Sleep, and Calculus until next week, I guess.

Yes, Otokage does exist. Orochimaru did what every 1st kage did which is building their own hidden village.

For crying out yell, Oro build his own hidden village, he killed the 4th Kazekage & masqurade as him for an entire month without anyone knowing & he kill 3rd Hokage who was consider as the strongest out of the 5. What, did he had to also kill the Raikage, Mizukage & the Tsuchikage just to get more recognition than he already had? Now that he's dead, Sasuke is the new Otokage.
